New condo at golf & country club overlooking preserve and course

2 bedroom 2 bath spacious brand new beach decor condo with screened lanai overlooking pond and one of the premier, challenging golf courses in sunny southwest Florida. Huge kitchen for cooking and gathering fully equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain. Close to restaurants, bars, shopping and beaches. There is so much to do or just relax on the lanai and watch the golfers tee off. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay with easy access to our second floor condo by elevator or stairs. Heritage Landing Golf & Country Club course has been remastered in 2019 by Architect Gordon Lewis to a new, beautiful 18 hole, 71 par course. Free aqua driving range is included with your round. On site tiki bar and restaurant, brand new tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, spa, multiple pools and jacuzzi just opened Fall 2022 that provides a resort-like setting.
Come south to stay in our comfortable condo and enjoy the gorgeous weather!
There is $99 per stay fee that is applied towards damage protection insurance to protect you up to $5,000, so no "refundable" deposit is needed upon booking. Must book in monthly increments from November thru March and 30 day increments otherwise (per our HOA). If we have an open month, we can rent for a minimum of 7 days in that month, but will block out the remainder of the month. So, if you would like to stay for at least 7 days in the months of May thru October, please inquire!

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful and well equipped. The setting was beautiful and the amenities were really nice. The owners were very communicative and helpful. We had a great time.

Cute, comfortable and convenient

This lovely little condo in Heritage Landing had everything I needed to enjoy my time I. Punta Gorda. The hosts were responsive to the one issue I had and my trip was wonderful. I highly recommend this property and the hosts.

Heritage Landing

We had a wonderful month at Kim and Michael’s condo. Everything was perfect!! We were able to enjoy the heated pool a few steps away or drive 5 minutes to the Club’s huge pool where you have a Tiki bar and restaurant. The condo was clean and comfortable with everything needed to relax and enjoy. The best place to relax was the screened lanai where many beautiful sunsets were viewed! Beautiful condo and amenities were great.

Thank you for sharing your condo with us! It as perfect. Very clean, everything you could need was supplied, and the lanai was perfect for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. We had fun watching the golfers on the 11th tee and truly enjoyed watching the alligators in the pond. We were able to take part in the golf membership which was also great. The pools and Tiki hut were wonderful as well. We absolutely loved it and Kim was so responsive to any questions we had. Thanks again!! Doug and Patti

Heritage Landing Condo

The condo and community was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed swimming at the nearby pool, golf, local restaurants and area beaches. The owner was responsive and shared their golf membership with us during our month long stay. We will definitely return for future winter getaways!

Beautifully Decorated Condo with an Amazing View!!

Enjoyed ourselves so much, we hated to leave! Kim & Mike’s condo is tastefully decorated, well equipped & extremely comfortable;; all the comforts of home!! The property affords a spectacular view of the lake & golf course! If you’re a golfer you’ll really like playing Heritage Landing. Our check-in was effortless & communication with Kim was immediate.

Absolutely Perfect!

This condo has everything you’ll need for the perfect vacation. Beautifully furnished with very comfortable furniture, beds, linens, and beach towels. The big kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed. The screened lanai overlooks the golf course with the most beautiful sunsets! The 18 hole golf course was in beautiful condition and the staff was always so welcoming. The heated pool was very nice. Location was an easy drive to nice shops and restaurants at Fisherman’s Village and the cute town of Punta Gorda. The owners had a book with suggestions of things to do and recommendations for dining that was so helpful and spot-on every time! They were so easy to contact with any questions we had. This truly is perfection!
