Following your game, relax with a delightful lunch at the tiki bar. The toughest decision you'll have to make is whether to head back home for a nap, swim laps in the resort-style pool, or get in a light workout at the 24/7 fitness center. End your day with a soothing massage at the spa before heading to dinner at one of the many excellent restaurants in Punta Gorda, Cape Coral, or Fort Myers.

If you meet our expectations and enjoy your stay, we’ll offer you the first chance option for the next season at a substantial discount. Our priority is finding quality guests who will care for the property rather than simply making money.

Our condo is first-class all the way. You won’t find any bargain-basement furniture here. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything you need to prepare great meals, including a full complement of bar glasses and utensils for sophisticated entertaining. The guest bathroom features deluxe shower heads and glass shower doors. Included with your rental is a deluxe IPTV Package including many sports packages as well as a highspeed dedicated internet service (1200 Mbps), and a full-size washer and dryer. The lanai faces the gulf, with the perfect view of the 11th green and a wildlife refuge area. There are no buildings behind the conduct to take away from the natural beauty of and stunning sunsets you will see from the lanai.

We typically only rent the Condo only once a year. It is impeccably cleaned prior to your arrival and is extremely well appointed. We typically allow out guest to use the beach wagon, beach chairs and beach umbrella, as well as coolers and grocery cart. All you really need to stay here is clothing.

The property is beautifully maintained and well-managed, offering amenities such as a golf membership and a social membership that provides access to several satellite pools, including a resort-style pool, tennis, pickleball, fitness center, spa, formal restaurant and a tiki bar. Heritage Landing is a gated community just 15 minutes from Punta Gorda Airport.
