So, let me tell you about my stay here. First a couple of days before my stay I messaged the host inquiring about the coffee situation. I got no response. Second, when I arrived at the property the code for the keypad did not work which necessitated a call to VRBO. Third, when I got inside I couldn't get the wifi to work which necessitated a SECOND call to VRBO. At that point VRBO initiated a conference call with the host during which time he gave me his phone number. When I called him to get the wifi straightened out, he mentioned that he was unable to respond through the VRBO app to my inquiry about the coffee. I thought to myself "Why didn't you email me because you HAD my personal email."There are some other things. First, there is peeling paint in several places and walls with patch that need to be repainted. Second, there is a terrible sound in the shower (pipes shaking) when you turn the hot water on. Third, there are conflicting directions for check out between what it says on the app and the little sign in the unit. Last, this is very basic in terms of amenities. I have stayed in many rentals and this one was as bare as it comes. Salt, pepper in the kitchen. Really nothing else. One roll of TP, 4 towels, 4 plates. I don't know if they did that because they knew I was the only person staying for 3 days, but if you like a lot of towels FYI. The furnishings are nice. It has all the basics. The location is quiet. Parking available. On the lake.
