This spacious, open-concept studio is divided into distinct kitchen, living, and bedroom areas, providing you with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. A unique feature is the rotating TV housed in the room divider, which allows you to easily switch from watching in the living room to your bed. The pull-out full-size couch provides an extra sleeping space.

The kitchen was fully equipped for stovetop and microwave cooking. I didn’t realize it didn’t have an oven which comes in handy when you stay for a holiday and need to prepare a holiday dinner. The room was beautifully decorated and very retro as described. The room is really most comfortable for one person. I was told there was a washer and dryer but didn’t know it was out side of the unit and accessible by others and it was very old. Rusted and it was necessary to double dry your clothes. We didn’t spend a lot of time in he room but before checking out we were accused of breaking the drying that worked perfectly fine before we left. Again others had access to it. He demanded we pay 150 to his zelle to avoid a claim to Vrbo. I felt like we didn’t have a choice as we are frequent users of Vrbo and don’t want to ruin our good review as stayers. I would hate to assume he does his type of thing to others to collect extra outside of Vrbo. Outside of that, I will not bring staying at any home that he offers on Vrbo ever again.

We loved the creative fun retro decor. The area was quiet and very peaceful. We have family in the area and can't wait to book this place again!

Kitchen met my needs, I did purchase a French press as I don’t use pods. Except for a few items, it was quite clean. Those, I could handle myself. Met the bill for my stay and will consider on my next travels.

This is a nice-sized first floor apartment with all the amenities you need for a short stay. It’s located in a very quiet, gated community and overlooks a little field with beautiful trees and cute, playful squirrels. There were a couple of inconveniences such as the TV not working and a delay in the lister’s response, but these weren’t enough to outweigh the nice property and location.

You really won’t get a better location inside April Sound. Direct walking paths to the club and the racket center. Also offers covered parking. Great for a quick weekend trip to play golf, tennis or meet friends at the marina. If you’re planning to stay long term, you’ll want to note this unit does not have a full kitchen (no oven) and the laundry is located outside the unit in a shared space with the rest of the building. It is on the first level for easy access and has a private patio. Very nice!
