Place was clean, saw Gerardo multiple times throughout our stay, was always polite and asking how everything was going or if we needed anything. Resort amenities and facilities were very nice and the location was great!

I’ll first say that we met the owner of the unit we rented and he was SUPER nice. That said, the unit itself was not worth the price. It is very old and run down. The floors have places that are covered in old ripped duck tape. The shower is absolutely awful. We didn’t use it once out of fear of falling through the floor. The deck was nice to spend time on but it definitely needs a good pressure washing. I was extremely disappointed with the unit. If we had planned on being there for longer than the two days we stayed I would have found a hotel and demanded a refund. The trailer park the unit is in is beautiful. I’m honestly shocked that management of the park would allow a unit this old and run down to be in the park. The pool, community showers, bathrooms, and laundry were great. I rarely give negative reviews to places but this place is just overall bad. Again, the owner was great but he has to do better. The photographs in the ad on VRBO definitely do not show how bad it is.

Overall a wonderful stay. Property was as described in the listing. Very good amenities at the nearby pool just down the street. Check in was very easy. Owner is friendly and he provides all important information before check in day.

Little Slice of Paradise!

Sunrise on the Atlantic and Sunset on the Bay makes for this perfect retreat! Restaurants are within walking distance and it’s just a short drive to the boardwalk in Virginia Beach. The owners are beyond accommodating and prove to be in the best interest of their guests. This is truly the most relaxing space and I’ll be visiting again! Loved it!
