Over booked

I booked this condo a year in advance for my family. I called and texted to confirm my reservation before I arrived with no response. My son arrived at check in time to learn that the condo was rented and occupied. My wife and I was packed and ready to go when I received the call here was no availability. They did pay for a hotel for my son for one night. We had to cancel our trip and unpack. They refunded my money but not the VRBO fee or credit card fee. They offered to refund the money and rebook the reservation free on another date. I have responded that we would come next year but I did not get a response on either the reservation or money due. I have waited patiently for a response. The experience was very disappointing for my family. They expressed good intentions but have not followed through with anything. I would be very careful to book this condo not knowing if will be booked when you arrive.

Unfortunately this Happened due to a VRBO Calendar Syncing issue, Nothing was intentional. We Did everything in our Power to help these Guests, My Husband did respond to Craig on giving him a free stay. for next year. He never sent a response back. I would hope he would review his texts he might see that we in fact reached out to him to give his Family a free stay next year. Due to this review we will close this door.

Incredible property

Probably the best VRBO property that we’ve ever stayed at. Incredibly clean and well kept. Awesome views of the beach and the city. Outstanding property all around. Walking distance to Shipwreck Island, Goofy Golf, and the pier. Only negative thing I can say is I wish there was a bar a little closer!

Fantastic location and condo!

We stay at the beach pretty often and have seen some good condo's and not so good ones. This one is very large, clean, with an excellent location. Parking was easy which is also a big deal when traveling with all the beach "necessities". We hope to stay here again.

Nice place for family vacation

Was a great family vacation spot. Beach was not crowded and had easy access to beach and pool. 1 negative was the neighbors on top were so loud sounded like the were playing musical chairs all night. From furniture sliding on floor to dropping stuff. Other than that can't wait to finally sleep at home.
