Gorgeous 11th Floor 3 BR 3 BA 2450 sq ft luxury unit with 10 foot ceilings is located at the Hidden Dunes Beach Resort Complex which is directly ocean front on the Gulf of Mexico. The views from this 11th floor condo are amazing. Master Suite has a KING Bed & En-suite Bath, 2nd Master KING Bed & private bath, 3rd BR 2 QUEEN SIZE Beds adjoining bath. The living room has a pull out QUEEN murphy bed.

The private wrap around balcony is the perfect spot to watch the breathtaking sunsets that PCB has to offer. Come see why they call them "The Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches".

The resort charges a one time $50 registration fee at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands,

Jetski rentals and Parasailing available on site!

We loved our stay at this condo! The only things we found was there was not a dust pan or enough kitchen towels and rags, other than that everything was great!

BEST FAMILY DESTINATION

This was an outstanding property !! We are beach lovers and have stayed in many places but this was by far the top one ! We had a group of 12 in our family and it was perfect ! Kid friendly, private and away from the crowds, yet close to anything we wanted to do. This property was excellent ! The room was absolutely beautiful, so clean and it was laid out perfect to fit our group ! It was truly a Home away from home. This is definitely a repeat location on our list !

Great place to stay very clean & comfortable with 2 recliners & it’s huge for a family of 10 people the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was one of the 2 elevators was down the 8 days we were there The morning we checked out which is 9am check out everyone was using the elevator & it took 30-45 minutes to get us & our provisions down to the lobby & construction workers were using elevator to haul equipment & materials up A lot of people gave up & hit the stairs

Wonderful!! Everything was perfect. Location, access to beach, size of condo. The only thing I would suggest is possibly have some chairs, beach items available to use during your stay due to some of us coming so far we can’t travel with them.

The condo was just as it shows online, beautifully updated, clean, and plenty of room for the 12 that were in our group. The only real downside was having to park our 3rd vehicle in a lot a little ways down the road.

We still found a way to stay in the condominium though! But this exact condo we have loved SO much. The space, the view, the people. It’s exactly perfect for our group and kids. The condo was beautiful. It was very spacious and had plenty of room. The refrigerator took up to 72 hours to produce ice (there were no ice trays), and the carpet in one of the bedrooms was soaked at the entrance and smelled. The problem I had was with the property manager. We stayed for 7 days. 4 of those days there was very loud construction going on - on our floor and above us. When contacted, the property manager said there should be no construction going on. When I told them there was, they pushed it off onto the condo above us and if that was where it was they couldn't do anything about it. When I told him it was the whole resort he said they were not told about any construction. I informed him that I spoke to the resort and the HOA had contacted all owners to inform them. After that, he just stopped communicating with me. I was upset because we had booked a different condo at a different resort, but when the owner informed me that there would be construction going on, I had cancelled that condo because I didn't want to be there with the construction. And then this happened. Like I said, the condo was beautiful, but I won't be staying at any more condos managed by ECDI.

Hidden Dunes is great but find another unit not managed by ECDI

The condo itself was really nice. It was quiet, clean, and generally well appointed. The building is really nice with great amenities and a convenient location. The issues came with the property management company in charge of this unit (Emerald Coast Destinations). When we arrived there was a new stove top in a box in the middle of the kitchen and the existing one was cracked and unusable. I called ECDI to ask about this and they were suppose to send out maintenance to install it the next day, they never showed up. Later in our stay the washing machine started leaking. There was a large puddle of water on the laundry room floor. I called ECDI and they told us to shut off the machine and they would send maintenance out to fix it. We did and cut off the water at the wall (I slipped and nearly fell in the process). Maintenance never showed even after multiple calls. to ECDI over a couple days. We were planning on doing laundry before leaving but unfortunately had to bring a large amount of dirty laundry home.I messaged ECDI about maybe getting a partial refund for the stay due to issues we had, but have not heard back from them. Their customer service is about as non-existent as their maintenance team.In summary, Hidden Dunes is great, just find a different unit to stay in that's not managed by Emerald Coast Destinations. If the owner of this unit cares about their rental property they'd find a new property management company ASAP.

Nice Condo/Horrible beds

Very nice condo with awesome views of the ocean and beach. I’ve stayed here 5 times in different units. It is by far the best place to stay in Panama City beach. The owner and staff are very professional and easy to work with. In the past I always stayed the month of September. It stated a heated pool, however it was cold as ice. My family of 12 did not get to swim. They did have 3 days in the cold ocean about an hour a day. For the month of Oct, Panama City information says ocean temps are around 84. It’s more like 70. The weather has been beautiful. The condo did not have a can opener which made cooking a task. The patio door had not been cleaned. Under the beds probably have not been vacuumed all summer long. Sitting on the balcony, the strong odor of marijuana below us gave us headaches. The master king bed is in need of a new mattress but very tall. The 2nd king bed needs a new mattress. The 2 queen beds were not much better. There’s a sofa sleeper good for small kids and a chest Murphy bed for kids. The condo is large so getting into each other’s space never happens. The money I spent for my family would have been worth it if the pool was heated as stated. It gets below 55 at night which makes the pool and ocean cold. I’m giving this condo a three star rating out of five, due to the beds and no heated pool. They really need to purchase new mattresses, and turn them every 3 months during the year to keep them evenly worn. I’ll definitely stay here again, but a di
