Choisissez ce condo 3bd / 3ba en bord de mer et vous aurez l'un des plus beaux et des plus propres de la plage! Ce plan d'étage Gulf Front spacieux a été mis à jour partout. Il y a 2 Mo avec un roi dans chacun. Un MB est en bord de mer avec porte coulissante menant au balcon. Il a également une nouvelle douche à l'italienne. Nouveau meuble-lavabo séparé pour lavabo double. Les 2 autres salles de bains ont une nouvelle vanité / armoires.
La 3ème chambre a 2 lits Queen. Le LR a un nouveau canapé-lit queen et un siège d'amour. Ce condo peut accueillir 10 personnes confortablement. Toutes les chambres ont de nouvelles télévisions par câble à écran plat. Lecteur DVD en LR. Nous fournissons également à nos clients une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite La nouvelle cuisine moderne est entièrement équipée pour la préparation des repas. Les nouveaux planchers de tuiles aspect bois patiné ne signifient aucun tapis désagréable. Ce condo a une vue imprenable sur les eaux du golfe d'émeraude et les plages de sable blanc immaculées. Tous les draps et serviettes de bain, torchons sont fournis. Apportez vos propres serviettes de plage. Il y a une laveuse / sécheuse dans le condo. The condo was very clean with nice decor and an updated kitchen and bathrooms. There were plenty of bath towels provided for each bathroom. Trina was an excellent host and communicated with us in a very timely manner leading up to our stay and through our entire trip. We would definitely stay here again!

SPRING BREAK 2024

We got in a day early to Panama and were able to check in. Which was very helpful for us instead of getting a hotel for the night. Trina was very helpful with everything and communication was spot on. We enjoyed our condo with family. A lot to do in area. The food at the resort restaurant was delicious, as well.

Great condo and amenities!

We had a great week in PCB for a dance competition! The condo worked great for two small families due to the two master bedrooms with private baths. The main pool was great for our young girls and all of their dance friends. The full-service restaurant had good food and a full menu of frozen drinks. Trina was very responsive and even facilitated an early check-in when we arrived ahead of schedule.

Panama City Beach Family Vacation

The condo was nicely decorated. We were short one wrist band for the pool and notified the manager as soon as we realized. Everything was as described. We had plenty of room. I would recommend renting this unit. The only issue that we had was a couple of the outlets did not seem to be working so we just switched to another one. We had a beautiful view of the pool and beach.

Beautiful Unit and View!!!

My siblings and our spouses traveled down to the area for our annual vacation. The unit was everything described and reflected from the pictures and more!!! Very clean and decorated beautifully. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent again if back in the area. We had absolutely NO issues smooth weekend!!! I would 100% recommend anyone to rent this unit you will not be disappointed.

Great stay at Edgewater

My family has been staying at Edgewater for 30 years. We love the amenities and location. Trina’s condo is nicely updated and was a perfect size for our group of 5 adults and one toddler. The keypad entry is really nice so you don’t have to keep up with a key. The only issue we had is we didn’t know the code to access the pool from the beach (this is new since our visit last year). Another guest told us how to get in. We will keep this info as a possible rental for next year’s trip.

Nice place but needs some deeper cleaning

Great location, great amenities, and nice place but needs some deeper cleaning. Had mold in one of the bathroom showers and the place was sandy when we arrived. A quick vacuum handled most of it. Fridge could use a good wiping down as well. Host responded quickly and assisted well. Overall we liked the room and resort, but just felt a little dirty in the room.

Our stay was disappointing due to numerous maintenance, cleanliness, and safety concerns. The most serious issues were visible mold in the second bedroom closet and on the living room ceiling. An air vent in the living room constantly dripped condensation onto the floor, creating a slipping hazard. The unit was not as clean as expected. Kitchen cabinets, baseboards, bedroom doors, and bathroom doors all needed attention. Several light fixtures had mismatched bulbs, some bulbs were burned out, and multiple remotes had dead or missing batteries. Several appliances were also problematic. The refrigerator made a constant rattling noise, and the ice maker produced very little ice throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the on-site ice machine was also broken for four days. The dishwasher was missing two wheels on the bottom rack, causing it to come off track and making it difficult to use. The furniture showed significant wear. The couch armrest was falling apart, and the patio furniture was underwhelming for a 3-bedroom condo, with only four balcony chairs provided. The building itself had ongoing elevator issues, resulting in long wait times, and there were not enough luggage carts available. We were also concerned about the balcony railings, as the spacing between the spindles seemed unusually wide. A 5-year-old in our group was able to fit her head through the railing, raising safety concerns. Overall the number of issues significantly affected our experience.

I offered to have someone come in an take care of the mildew in the closet. There must have been a leak that I was unaware of. When the humidity is high all of the condos get condensation and the vents will drip. I totally disagree with the cleanliness of the condo. Also the furniture is less than a year old. I would have been happy to bring you light bulbs or batteries for the remotes. The railing is up to code for the year it was built. The patio will only fit 4 chairs and a table. Sorry you were disappointed
