Private Gated .8acre LUXURY WATERFRONT HOME on US#1. Bayside in Key Largo-Florida bay. My wife & I purchased this $3.5M home (now worth $4.9M) on 3-5-21 to eventually retire to FL <10yrs. Previous owner had rented on VRBO. We decided to continue renting & rented it 10 out of 12mths. We have a full time caretaker that lives across street & checks on property daily & tends to our renters needs but respects privacy. The neighborhoods surrounding are $5M+ homes & 4 doors to the east is a 5star Marriott resort.

We have recently updated this entire property from interior-exterior paint, roofing, furnishings, new AC units , electrical , lighting, (7) smart TVs, dock lighting, landscape lighting , grills, pizza oven, water toys, hot tubs, etc. We believe you will not find a nicer waterfront home, which is resort like, with a better dock & sunset view in the Keys!

Resort Like setting, extra large heated pool, hot tub, gourmet kitchen, poolside kitchen, pizza oven, beach w/sand bottom, extra long dock, ample boat docking-bring your boat, sea plane parking, helicopter access, exceptional views on the bay with amazing SUNSETS, 4 bedrooms plus guest house & 3 car garage. (6 bathrooms) Only 1hr from Miami International airport on MM97. This property can only be rented min 28days at a time for legal county regulations. Our best rate is a monthly rate.

The space is very unique, relaxing & private. Gated long driveway leads to guest home & main home. Single level home with large pool, deck, outdoor kitchen, large sand beach, extra long-wide dock with TIKI lounge on end. Multiple boat lifts, excellent access for fishing & crabbing. Watersports: Kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards furnished. Perfect for large families & friends. Max of 10 guests or by owner pre-approval.

Amazing property

This was the best vacation we ever had. The views and the outdoor area are simply breath taking. We saw so many things in the water daily which kept our kids busy as well as playing on the beach and in the pool. I highly recommend this property and we plan to return in the future.

Paradise in the Keys

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property in Key Largo in April 2022. We had a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a month vacation with our young child and chose Key Largo for sun, beaches, seafood, and nearby reefs. We were not disappointed! Will attempt to summarize for future prospective renters here: - Property is on the Florida Bay side which seemed to us to be better than ocean side since the water was so calm most days, and you get those gorgeous sunsets. - Speaking of calm water, the house has 3 kayaks and a stand up paddle board! - The amenities at this place overall were fantastic - wifi equpped TVs in nearly every room (and outside) with all streaming services, awesome built in grill, hot tub!, heated pool!, water stuff mentioned above, pool and beach toys, etc. We never even made it to using the sauna! - Location was great too. Neighbors on either side were quiet, and even if they weren’t, the property is very private with thick vegetation along the sides and long gated driveway in front. Feels SUPER private and very safe. - Property manager / care taker was great as well. Anything we needed, he was just a text away and super helpful. He lives very close so support was always prompt and kind. - Lots of space for guests, especially when you take into account the guest house which is small but charming and nice for a couple that wants to join you but doesn’t want to be all in your space. - One tip is the restaurant Sol at the Playa resort just a few houses up will let you “dock” your kayaks at their property. Was so fun to kayak over and occasionally get a drink or food. It is very $$$$ though so more of a treat. Especially when you have everything you could need at the house - even a fancy blender and automatic juicer for the all important margaritas from scratch :) Thanks for the amazing stay that we’ll never forget!

We own multiple businesses in MN and are raising two teenage boys. We have rented multiple VRBO-AIRBNB homes ourselves in the past & understand the expectations of a nice, clean luxury property.

Home sits on a private 1ace gated secure site that feels much like a RESORT. White sand beach . Large pool deck & Large heated pool & whirlpool. Outside kitchen. Main 4 bedroom home, Viking appliances in large chef inspired kitchen, detached 1-1 guest home & 3 car garage.
