Votre propre refuge privé de deux hectares se dévoile au paradis avec de belles vues sur l'eau. Patin privé et plage de sable. Situé à côté du Key Largo Marriott Beach Resort et à distance de marche de restaurants et de bars. Nouvelle maison de 2800 pieds carrés avec 3 chambres et 2. 5 salles de bains. Il y a aussi une maison Conch 1961 originale à la propriété, avec 2 chambres et 1 salle de bains, récemment rénovée. Le plus petit Conch House est idéal pour les personnes âgées qui préfèrent un peu d'intimité. Vues imprenables sur les célèbres couchers de soleil sur les Florida Keys et le Blackwater Sound (baie de la Floride). Accès facile à de nombreuses activités de plein air. Le Quiescence Dive Shop, situé à côté, facilite la plongée sous-marine ou avec tuba sur des récifs de classe mondiale. Voyez les dauphins ou le manatee jouer juste à côté de votre plage. Nous savons que vous aurez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une fois dans les vacances de toute une vie. Cette propriété peut facilement gérer de grandes familles. The property is an idyllic setting and Van was a very responsive host. The primary home feels brand new and is comfortably appointed. Located directly on the ocean with a pool, palm trees and numerous sitting areas, we found ourselves completely relaxed and "away from it all". We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

This place is terrific ! We had six adults and three kids and that worjed perfectly for the bedrooms. My wife and i stayed at the Conch Cottage and my kids and grandkids stayed in the main house. We spent a lot of time out at the tiki hut at the point. We caught mangrove snapper, grunts, needlefish and a nurse shark and hammerhead shark there ! There are chairs and lounges all over the grounds. I hope we get the chance to go to Louisiana Purchase again

Perfect location in Key Largo for our family holiday trip. There were so many places on the property to relax and view the ocean. We caught fish on the dock, found a quiet spot to read or played with the kids on the private beach. We were minutes from John Pennekamp and lots of local restaurants. Our host was exceptional with easy instructions on getting around the property. Would love to stay here again-great family memories

The VRBO was perfect in every way. It accommodated the entire family of 10 people. We all enjoyed the view of the bay of Key Largo. Everything was close, dining and shopping. We are the three children of a wonderful man, a World War II Veteran who witnessed the raising of the American Flag at Iwo Jima when he was 19 years old, who had a lifelong passion for fishing and family. His favorite place to revisit was right here in Key Largo. He had many wonderful friends here in Key Largo. He purchased this property in 2013, and until his death at age 92, oversaw every detail of the renovation and new construction. It is with a great sense of pride that we host families here on Dad's property, because we know how much he loved sharing it.

This property as well as Quiescence Dive Company (Captain Rob Bleser) next door were the base for many a memorable fishing trip for my Dad and his good friend Dr. Dave Bleser (Rob's Dad who lived to 96). For over 30 years, they made annual pilgrimages to Shark River in the Everglades for a couple of weeks annually for the best fishing in the world (According to my Dad), with lifelong friends. Mr. Alton Wells (Who lived the last 30 plus years of his life on this property) was always willing to let them park additional boats in his slip, in exchange for the latest great fishing story over a beer. There is something about the Florida Keys, that I think you will agree, will keep you coming back time and time again.

You will be hard pressed to find two acres on the water (facing west) with large private boat slip. This property sat quiet for the last 60 years, shielded from the scourges of modern society until our recent renovations. There is much History on this site. Vintage cast iron street lights reported from Georgia adorn the circle drive. Beautiful mature trees. Unbelievable views of the evening sunset. Each one more beautiful than the last. Creating life long memories with family, children and/or friends. Everything you need for the time of your life is right here.
