Come escape to Beach Bliss in beautiful Jax Beach! This 2-bedroom unit. On the 2nd floor. And it was carefully renovated to keep the character of this old home while upgrading many modern conveniences. Located in North Jacksonville Beach, we are right in the heart of all that Jax Beach has to offer. Local breweries, great restaurants and nightlife, and mere blocks from the downtown Jacksonville Beach area that hosts highly popular seasonal festivals.

Close to entertainment, Mayo, and TPC - this is the perfect spot in Jax Bch!

We are a 2 bedroom with queen size beds, 1.5 bath unit in a 4-unit complex 1 short block from the ocean (~100 yards). We have a washer and dryer in the unit, full kitchen, and breakfast bar.

Both bedrooms have queen memory foam mattresses, luxury linens, and sound machines with usb connectors.

Dedicated parking for 1 car and street parking is very easy.

We love pets! $30/pet/night. Once you have booked, let us know and we will send the fee.

We make sure everything you need is provided to make it the best stay possible. Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, quality towels & linens, and coffee & tea.

Fast wifi from Xfinity.

We live in Jacksonville Beach ourselves, so give us a shout if you need anything at all. We generally respond within 30 min between 8am - 9pm.

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 100 yards from the beach so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.

My daughter and I stayed here while I went to the Mayo Clinic for an operation. She liked the walk to the beach (short walk). Close to restaurants and hospital I recommend this rental.

What a gem!

We absolutely love staying at this property! It was a three minute walk to the beach, as clean as you could ever hope for, and so well equipped! The little touches like the trail mix in the coffees and teas was so welcoming, including the full Britta water pitcher in the fridge! Would definitely stay here again, amazing!!

Charming upper level of cottage - so pretty. The towels and linens were top notch but the stairs felt a bit off. Really enjoyed the little deck.

Back to School beach trip

We came to the beach before heading back to school. This spot was fantastic! (Especially the location!) Host was super responsive and the house offered everything we needed. Thank you! We will be back.

Wonderful accomadation

Very clean wonderful furnishings that created a warm friendly home like environment. The bonus was the very short walk to the beach for evening and morning walks. Close to restaurants, but nestled into a neighborhood. Will return for sure!

Great Location

Quaint little two bedroom apartment that was just as advertised. Great location and fantastic community. Very close proximity to the beach and multiple beach accesses. When looking to get around, rent a bike or other beach apparel from Beach Life Rentals. They are a wonderful small business that provides exceptional products and services.

Property very well located, well appointed and only a block & a half from the beach. Apart from no dishwasher everything else was perfect. Property managers were very responsive to any requests and questions. We would highly recommend it and the hosts.

This condo is even cuter in person! Perfect size for 2 couples, had everything we needed and more and was super close to the beach (a couple minute walk). The beds were also super comfortable and everything was cleaned to perfection (and I am a clean freak). Highly recommend

Easy vacation living

This place was very easy to book and accommodating. All the amenities mentioned in the ad were contained in the unit, which was nice to see as that doesn't always happen. This is an easy walk to the beach and right in the heart of the Jacksonville Beach area. You can go to restaurants, shopping, etc within minutes by car or if you love to exercise it's really not far to walk or ride a bike if you have one available. Very central location with easy access to everything and the unit was very clean and accommodating.

Lovely little beach house

Super cute character filled older property within steps of the beach and shopping/dining. Charming, old Florida feel to the unit and the area. The property has been refreshed to maximize its charm and size. The bathrooms are tiny, but functional. The only challenges were parking and the college kids staying below us. There seems to be a conduit directly from below to the unit and we could hear everything. However, that was partially anticipated given the proximity to UNF and the time of year. The property managers were extremely responsive to the parking issue (which was not ours) and in touch with me when necessary. The pictures are accurate, the management team is professional, the location is unbeatable. I would VRBO from this management group again in a heartbeat.

Quiet and Convenient

We enjoyed our brief home away from home experience in Jacksonville. The AC worked well and the home was very clean and comfortable. It was very convenient to our favorite restaurant, The Refinery and hanging out over at Landshark Lookout. The bed was very comfortable as well. We also enjoyed the many streaming services on the TV.

Great location, super cozy and clean

Came to Jax for appointments at Mayo Clinic. I love the proximity to the beach, and being able to enjoy it after being at the hospital all day. We enjoyed walking at night to see the Christmas lights just a few blocks away. Will def plan to stay here again.
