Come escape to this ocean view paradise in beautiful Jax Beach! This 2-bedroom beach home is the perfect space to enjoy the beautiful beaches. Located in North Jacksonville Beach and less than 100 yards from the beach, we are right in the heart of all that Jax Beach has to offer. Local breweries, great restaurants and nightlife, and mere blocks from the downtown Jacksonville Beach area that hosts highly popular seasonal festivals. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.

Close to entertainment, Mayo, and TPC - this is the perfect spot in Jax Bch!

We are a 2-bedroom with queen-size beds, a 2-bath townhome less than 100 yards from the ocean. We have a washer and dryer in the unit, full kitchen, and breakfast bar.

Both bedrooms have queen memory foam mattresses, luxury linens, and sound machines with usb connectors.

Dedicated parking for 1 car and street parking is very easy. There is a public parking area with plenty of parking about 100 feet from the property.

We love pets! $30/pet/night. Once you have booked, let us know and we will send the fee.

Great stay and perfect location

Exactly like the pictures and can't beat the location. Great views of the ocean from the two balconies and the beach is a 2 minute walk. The rental had everything that we needed and communication/responsiveness by the rental agent was very easy. Would stay again without a doubt.

Wonderful stay!

The villa was all we could have hoped it would be for our party of 3! It was very clean. The location was perfect. A very short walk to the beach. There was also free parking, one lot over, across the street, for another car. The decks provided a nice view of the ocean and the street the villa is on was quiet with little traffic. The villa was well equipped with paper products, kitchen items, shower toiletries, beach towels and even a Brita water pitcher. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom and the half bath off the kitchen was very convenient. The villa beach chairs were not in the greatest shape so we used the rental service provided on the beach. I needed to rent a beach umbrella anyway. I did not tell the management team about the chairs until we left. They said they would have taken care of them if I had reported the oversight sooner and apologized for the inconvenience. Restaurants/a convenience store are within walking distance. If I am ever in the area again, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amelia Island Concourse

Great location and reasonable lodging to attend The Amelia Islabd Concourse. Clean property, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen equipped for our needs. Beds and pillows comfortable.Had a go up 2 flights of steps, for us not an issue. Would stay here again.

Following the Sun

My wife and I decided to leave the rainy weekend forecast behind and head to the beach where the forecast was beautiful for early February. We have stayed at multiple Nomad properties and they are our go-to rental for the Jax Beach area. Easy check ins and clean / well appointed properties. We walked the beach with our stroller multiple times a day. The deck on this property was awesome and we used it all day. Light foot and bike traffic out front and the hurricane doors/windows kept it very quiet for our son’s naps. We will stay again on our next beach trip.
