The accommodations were very good. Cozy comfortable home with very good amenities and great location with close proximity to beach. The only improvement would be that it smelled somewhat moldy inside.

Because we’re in a warm, beachside climate, we proactively use an air-quality and mold detector, and we can confirm that there are no mold issues in the home. With the AC not running constantly and the property being closed up between stays, it’s possible the space may have felt a bit musty at times. Great rental!

Great rental that has been newly renovated and perfectly decorated! Super quick walk to the beach, only a few blocks away. This rental has everything you need from beach chairs, towels, etc. to a fully stocked kitchen. I will definitely be staying again when we come back!

The communication is great. I would have liked the porch area to be cleaner. The table was dirty and the stacked chairs hasn’t been cleaned. Also just for reference the back area has no privacy and the window treatment is gauze see thru.

Thank you for staying at our beach townhome! We're happy communication was smooth and that the prime location—just a few blocks from the ocean—worked well for you. We do clean the back patio table and chairs before every arrival. However, the salt air and coastal breeze here in Jacksonville Beach can quickly bring in leaves and debris and pollen during the spring — it’s very common in this beach area. The Adirondack chairs are kept stacked when not in use (many guests prefer them that way). The property is an end-unit townhome in a neighborhood of townhomes. The backyard is fully fenced for privacy. There is only one neighboring townhome directly to the side and one behind — typical for this charming beach community. The sheer/gauze window treatments in the living area are exactly as shown in the listing photos. They provide beautiful natural light while offering basic coverage. Loved the proximity to the beach and access to beach toys. While it isn’t super large, it is well designed and laying out and felt spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. Easy access to lots of restaurants.

Perfect beach getaway

We had an amazing time with our furry baby walking to the beach everyday, and wash off the sand on the deck and dry off in sun. Love the beach community everyone was friendly and met locals in the mornings with a cup of coffee at sin rise.
