This home has everything that you need

We had at awesome experience at this home. From the location within immaculate neighborhoods to its proximity to beaches and restaurants, I couldn’t have asked for more. As for the home itself, it was clean, well equipped and had an amazing outdoor space with outdoor kitchen area, pool and hot tub. The communication from Kristen was helpful and informative. I would stay here again if I’m in the area.

Amazing stay

Kristen's home was amazing with great views all around, my family and I had a great time. The house is equipped with everything you need to feel at home while on vacation. Even on the days we had the Florida weather and got rained on we enjoyed the house and the pool and had an awesome time.

Much needed relaxation

We had a great stay! The house was extremely clean, in excellent condition, and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marco Island!

Excellent!!

We’ve stayed at this property twice now and everything has been exceptional both times. The location is perfect, the house is stocked with everything you need, and it’s kept very clean. Everything was working as it should and the owner is very responsive. The boat dock and pool were perfect for our family. Five stars all around! Highly recommend.

Our Favorite Home Away From Home!

​We just wrapped up our third year in a row staying at this fantastic property, and it truly feels like a home away from home. It is the absolute perfect setup for a two-family vacation with kids! ​The backyard is stunning—having the pool right on the canal provides such a gorgeous backdrop to relax by every day. Inside, the house is incredibly comfortable, warm, and inviting, with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen in particular is fully stocked with all the essentials (and then some!), making cooking for a group so easy. ​On top of all that, the host goes above and beyond by providing tons of extra amenities—bikes, life vests, coolers, and complete beach equipment. In three years of staying here, I have yet to find a single negative thing about this property. We can't wait to come back next year!

Our family loved staying here! The house is just the right size, very beautiful, pool and hot tub was wonderful, and Kristen was easy and incredibly responsive right away! We will stay here again!

Superlative!!

Beautifully appointed house on a quiet and lovely canal. Kitchen has everything one could want- even an air fryer. The house is impeccably maintained and very clean. The owner is always available if a problem arises or something needs replacing. This is truly a home away from home.

Nice property in great location

Nicely updated property in great, quiet location on the island. Pool and jacuzzi were great. Fish, dolphins and stingrays swim right past boat dock. Easy access from property to beaches, seafood markets and restaurants.

Great location on the island with super pool and hot tub on the patio with canal view.

Kristen is a great host who is very responsive to anything you need if you don’t find it at the house. We have spent the month of January here for the past three years. House is perfect layout with great pool/lanai area. The location on the island was perfect for us. We always enjoy our stay here!

Home away from home!

Beautiful property that has everything a family could need while on vacation! The outdoor area alone could have entertained us all week, but we also enjoyed how centrally located it was to beaches, shopping, and dining. Every restaurant we ate at was delicious, and a visit to Sweet Annie’s ice cream shop was almost a daily occurrence for us. Kristen is an excellent host, and we would 100% stay here again!
