Cozy Cottage - quaint and comfy - 5 blocks to the beach, 1 block to Mason Ave.

The Cozy Cottage is in the historical district of Cape Charles. The backyard has a nice little patio and a very private outdoor shower. The front porch has a nice swing where you can sit back and relax.

The first floor has a newly remodeled kitchen with bar seating and is open to the main room with a kitchen table, chairs, and a loveseat. There is a half bath on the first floor. There is also a living room on the first floor with a TV, soundbar, and wrap around couch.

All 3 bedrooms are upstairs (The stairs are pretty steep). The main bedroom has a queen size bed, a make up table, and a roku tv. The big kid's room has a twin xl bunk bed, a twin xl size bed, and a roku tv. The third bedroom room has a bunk bed, full mattress on bottom, twin on top.

The full bath is at the end of the hall with a tub/shower combo that has been updgraded for 2025.

Our host was easily accessible and very accommodating. The house was very clean, adorable and had everything we needed! It is a short walk to the downtown area of Cape Charles.

We have been going to CC for over 20 years. Definitely one of our top places to relax and enjoy the family. The house is nicely renovated inside plus offers extras- beach chairs, coolers, bikes, Qtips, nightlights, fishing gear, and more

Amenities were great. Kitchen had plenty of everything to cook with. The grill was nw and worked great. Air conditioning kept the whole house cool. Very convenient to downtown. I highly recommend a golf cart rental to get to and from the beach. The out door shower was nice to have. Our only disappointment was the Wi-fi. It would not keep up with any streaming services we tried on the TV, Netflix, Apple, paramount, etc. This was a minor concern however. Overall, I would certainly rent this property again.

Amazing stay at Cape Charles

This was a great place to stay for our vacation to Cape Charles! The place looked very similar to what is shown in the photos. The owners were very easy to communicate with. It was also very easy to make trips to and from the beach with the golf cart (for a small fee). We highly recommend this vacation rental and definitely see ourselves coming back in the future!

Absolutely loved this home and the communication was excellent. Plenty of bed space, a beautiful back yard (shaded), and the kitchen/dining space was so spacious. The location was perfect and we will absolutely stay at this home again! My 2 year old was very sad about leaving so she thought she would “fish” as we were loading up to leave.

Quaint, quiet, great location

Photos and listing matched the property. A group of four adults stayed here and found the sleeping arrangements worked well for us despite being bunk beds, they were comfortable. Great kitchen and dining space. We didn't cook while here but found what we needed to use in the mornings. We loved swinging and chatting on the porch and were just a block over from the main street. Property was clean with upgraded features. Easy check in process and the hosts were responsive throughout the process. Would stay here again!

Great location

House was very comfortable. It was recently renovated and was very beautiful.We loved the location and did a lot of walking to different restaurants. It was very easy to enter and leave the city. Lovely street and beautiful quiet neighborhood.

Family getaway

We had such a great stay at the cozy cottage. It's a beautiful house with everything you would need. I would definitely recommend staying here. It's close to everything either by walking or biking.

Celebrate my Brother’s Birthday

We had a lovely stay the house was clean and had plenty of appliances. The beds were very comfortable. The only suggestion is more toilet paper and paper towels. We will definitely stay again. Cape Charles is a lovely place we use to live there years ago.

Cozy Cottage is like home

Love the Cozy cottage very much. It’s like our home away from home. Great location, plenty of room, love the kitchen and it’s just very nice and comfortable. We enjoy the golf cart to get us back-and-forth to the beach and around town. This was our second stay and hopefully will be back next year
