Queen bedroom and double bedroom. Boasts 2 full bathrooms. Country kitchen, large living room with sliding doors and panoramic view of the water and docks. Covered deck with grill and patio furniture. Bring your boat to fish on the world famous Mosquito Lagoon to catch Redfish, Drum, Flounder and more. Located on the intercoastal waterway 15 minute boat ride to the ocean. There are canoe's and kayaks available for guests to use.

We loved our stay at this property in Oakhill. The home was clean and perfect for our family. We really enjoyed being able to fish right off of the dock in the park. There are a ton of dolphin and manatees in that area that you can see. Highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We had our boat with us and it was really easy to launch and park the boat on the grey docks. The house is perfect for four people. Very clean and lots of space. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the dolphins in the lagoon. We walked to the little park down the road and the restaurant Goodrich Seafood and Oyster House. People in the area are very friendly and the owners are very nice and helpful and quick to respond to any questions you might have. Keeping this cabin on our list to stay again.

The hosts were very responsive and got back to me within the day. The property is situated on a beautiful bay allowing for fishing and docking/launching of small watercraft. The location was also perfect for us. What they don't tell you is that there are campers stacked on top of one another. Luckily the neighbors were exceptional and as friendly as one gets but they are there for an extended period of time. The unit itself is smaller than I expected but still adequate for our trip. It is in need of some repairs and upkeep. For example, some of the recliners were not working correctly, the AC unit desperately needed a cleaning and the bathroom door frame needed replaced. We also needed additional towels and linens but had to make it by with one towel per person for the 6 days. A few minor maintenance repairs could easily make this a much more desirable property.

Warning: Double-Booked and Unresponsive HostI strongly advise caution before booking this property. My experience was defined by administrative errors and a complete lack of professional communication, which ultimately resulted in my trip being cancelled upon arrival.Major Reservation Errors Despite booking this property several months in advance, the host changed my reservation details without my consent. This required an hour-long call with VRBO support to rectify. Unfortunately, because of the host’s manual changes to the calendar, the property was allowed to be double-booked.Stranded Upon Arrival The most disappointing part of the experience was arriving after a two-hour drive only to find another guest already checked into the unit. Despite my long-standing reservation, the host allowed the other party to stay, leaving me stranded without a place to stay.Poor Communication Throughout this ordeal, the host was unreachable by phone. They refused to take or return my calls, providing only brief and unhelpful text messages that did nothing to resolve the situation. I had to spend another hour on the phone with VRBO support to facilitate a cancellation and refund.

It right on the the water with a beautiful view, and a great porch. Great docks and you could have a boat right out front. But the neighbors are very close.

Clean place, a little tight with the neighbors but everyone was very nice and helpful. I would recommend sharing the public ramp info to the North with anyone who has a boat 15' . Launch is very difficult.
