This condo is located in a gated community in the heart of Phoenix.The property has 2 pools, one is heated, 2 spas, a gym and racquetball court.Fry's grocery is a walking distance ,just across the street and a beautiful park is also on the other side of the street.
This property is very close to everything, 3 major freeways, TURF PARADISE for the horserace lovers, golf courses and if you love to hike, LOOKOUT MT.PRESERVE is just 1.2 miles away.Shopping centers, restaurants and SPRING TRAINING BASEBALL close by!

Comfortable condominium

We enjoyed our stay. The property is clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub are very nice. The owner made sure that we had everything we needed. Great value for the price.

Home away from home.

We were very happy with our two week stay at Tony's condo. It was clean and stocked with all the amenities needed for an extended stay. The community is peaceful and the area lovely. Fry's grocery store is conveniently located across Bell Avenue. We were able to walk safely and explore the neighborhood. There's a heated pool in the complex that we took full advantage of daily. We would definitely stay here again on our next Phoenix vacation. Thank you Tony for prompt and clear communication. We appreciate your hospitality. Thank you!

Return to old neighborhood

The condo was beautiful and had everything I needed for a months long stay.. great security and swimming pool, had a grocer across the road and literally 5 restaurants and fast food within minutes.. a great walking park 5 minutes from the front door and everything was close to a highway and easy to get to. The owners were very kind and helpful and always willing to assist if needed. I will definitely stay here again .

Great Experience

Perfect set up for us. Close to everything we needed and the condo’s appointments and furnishings made it feel like home. The owner was very easy to communicate with and provided everything we needed. We’ll be back!
