This has been one of the BEST places I’ve ever stayed at. The apartment was super clean, comfy, and cozy. The location was great since it was close all of the places we wanted to visit. Loved all of the accommodations and communication with the host. We’ll definitely be back in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment! The host was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. The apartment was nice and had everything we needed - we especially enjoyed being able to brew our own Starbucks coffee in the mornings. The apartment was also in the prime location for visiting Baylor and downtown Waco. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Baylor Grad

Our family came to Waco for Baylor Graduation. We stayed here last year for a football game and jumped at it when we saw it was available for graduation weekend. Comfortable and nice place to stay for everything Baylor related.

Great apartment near Baylor campus

The apartment was perfect for a weekend trip to Waco. It was nice to have parking in a gated lot. The host was responsive and easy to work with. Overall, this was a great place to stay!

Girls weekend stay

Best Place to Stay in Waco

We love staying here! The owner is so kind and helpful. It is always IMMACULATE! Right next to Baylor, great places to eat and shopping, it is all right around the corner. We can’t wait to come back.

Great place

Great place very close to campus and some good restaurants and shops. Have to visit Insomnia Cookies! Host is very responsive and communicative. Place is very clean and comfortable. Love not having a key to get in and out. Very good instructions. And very nicely decorated. Highly recommend this property. It is the nicest place we have stayed.

Clean and cozy!

We rented this home for 3 days for a class visto Baylor. It was extremely clean and well-equipped, and the location was great to get to Baylor quickly. I can't recommend this stay enough. I am sure that I will return over the next two years as I complete my degree. Thanks for sharing this charming home!

Peaceful & Clean Getaway

We couldn't have been any happier with our stay here. It was clean and provided us with everything we needed to have a great stay. What truly made our stay was the host, Davin. He communicated with us throughout our stay and provided us with assistance with luggage and recommendations in the area. I'm a planner so when he sent us the guide with details on access, restaurants, things to do, I was in heaven. The apartment was styled so cute and it was in great proximity to everything we wanted to do. I hope that we were just as great to him with taking care of his place as he was to us. SIXTEEN Stairs

It should have been in the listing that there were 16 stairs to get up to this property. I have a bad knee and trying to lug 50 pound suitcases up all those stairs was terrible. It was fairly clean but very noisy. You could hear traffic all night and it was hard to sleep. There was a big metal gate surrounding the apartment building and you needed a code to walk into the gate. There was only three forks to use which we found very odd. We went out and bought plastic silverware. There is no ice maker, but are a few ice cube trays. Beds were hard if you like a hard mattress, some do. May want to leave a memory foam topper in the closet for people who do not like hard beds? There were no wash clothes to shower with so make sure you bring your own. I would also invest in a new roku remote as it is very touchy. They are cheap on Amazon. The owner came over the 1st full day to check on us and introduce himself which was nice. Very nice guy.
