Large, panoramic windows flood the space with natural light and showcase sweeping views of downtown Waco, making it one of the loft’s standout features. Inside, you’ll find an open floor plan, dining space for four, a cozy breakfast nook (or workspace), and plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing and reconnecting.

Additional highlights include a luxurious bathroom, free designated parking, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. With its industrial charm and unbeatable location, Silo Studio is the perfect spot to experience Waco in style—whether you’re here for a quick getaway or a longer stay.

Guests have access to the entire condo, with the exception of one locked supply closet.

Other things to note
A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building.

Smart TV in living area with streaming apps.

Families - we do have a pack 'n play.

Twin sleeper sofa and a comfortable single fold out bed located in the closet.

This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area. We do offer a white noise machine by the bed.

Great location, walking distance to the Magnola Silos, a great coffee shop below and to many downtown attractions. Very clean and comfortable. Super host! We left a shirt in the room and it was mailed to us. Love dealing with honest people!! A great place to stay!

Great place to stay! Wonderful location and so convenient with the reserved parking spot. Building felt secure and the host provides all the extras and if you have questions they are very responsive. I highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

Baylor Orientation Stay

We were here for our son’s Baylor Orientation! This condo was so wonderfully decorated and clean! Close to everything! Minutes from campus and the Silo district! We enjoyed our stay! Will definitely rent again!

Loved our stay

Everything was great, made us want to think about studio living. They are very accommodating in items you may have forgotten. Music from the bar may be bother to some in the evenings but it was not a issue for us. We parked our car and everything was walking distance and we LOVED LOVED that so much. I would book this place again in a heart beat

Magnolia Trip

Beautiful building and condo. Great location near the Silos, restaurants and a short distance to Baylor. Few downsides: early morning freight train whistle and loud music from nearby nightclub Thursday night ( no music Tuesday and Wednesday.

Great location!

The studio was beautiful and very clean! It can be a bit noisy, so bring your sound machine! The location made it easy to walk to all the destinations we wanted to experience.

Off to college

We stayed 4 nights at the condo for Baylor orientation and our son starting college. I thought he was supposed to stay in the dorms so I was thankful for the rollaway! It was kinda sweet having a a little studio stay over with our boy for an couple extra nights. The condo is ADORABLE and has everything that you would need for a trip to Waco. Everything about the access and communication was easy-peasy. The location is incredibly convenient to Baylor and although we didn't do the whole Magnolia & Silos experience this trip, I think it also would be a very convenient location for that, too. I wasn't there the first night, so I can only speak as a 3rd party reporter, but my understanding is that it is in close proximity to a very loud bar. The owner kindly provided earplugs. I imagine that if you're visiting with nightlife in mind, you won't be bothered at all. If you're visiting on the weekend and need quiet, early nights, I don't know if this is the place for you? For what it's worth, it is a 4-star place and I would definitely stay here again, especially if may stay was midweek--it was very quiet Sun-Tue nights!

The location was great-within walking distance to the silos. Very clean and spacious. Loud bar activity over the weekend but other than that it was peaceful and very enjoyable.

This place is FANTASTIC

My husband and I have been using VRBO since 2002 and we deemed this our favorite stay yet. It was spotless, well furnished, comfortable and just so cozy. Communication top notch. We had a beautiful view of the silos all lit up at night. Walking distance to so many things. It was us and our 17 year old daughter who slept comfortably on the fold out couch. We will stay here every chance we get which will probably be never again because word will get out about this amazing loft and it will stay booked.

Best Rental in Waco

Love the location! The residence was super clean and had ALL the amenities needed for a wonderful visit. We have stayed in several rentals over the past 4 years of visiting our child a Baylor. This is by far our favorite to date!
