There were numerous issues with the townhouse which the host did her best to fix during our stay.Unfortunately this place needs some maintenance work which is not obvious from the pictures.

Great place to stay

First Monica was just amazing. I made a huge blunder with payments and she quickly responded and resolved it. The townhouse was lovely and had everything we needed. Great location and quiet safe neighborhood. Neighbors were also friendly.

Temporary home away from home

Monica was great; always willing to help or address any concerns. The property worked great for us. It was our home away from home still allowing our daughter to finish up the school year following the sale of our house.

Fantastic

This is definetively one of the best properties I ever been before. When I arrived I found an awesome but friendly staff, they gave me a pretty good service and what really stole my attention is the property, everything is clean and quite comfortable. I was afraid about property's size but I felt safe when I realized property has a huge space. Specially inside the rooms and that's not all, rooms are incredible beautiful inside. Location is pretty nice, this property is near of everything you may need to buy and the most important thing is that area is safe, it's a pretty nice place to stay. Thank you very much.

Excellent place to stay with family and pets

We just moved from Connecticut to Florida and needed a safe and clean spot to land until we got our more permanent housing established. I came here with my wife, 18 year old son, German Shepherd and our cat. Monica was great and made sure we had everything we needed. The townhouse was convenient and clean and the neighborhood is very friendly. We highly recommend the Vacation Villa.
