This spacious home is designed for memorable gatherings, offering plenty of room to connect, relax, and recharge across four thoughtfully appointed floors — all accessible by elevator to the third level.

On the first floor, you’ll find three inviting guest bedrooms, including a serene master suite, as well as a bright, open-concept living and dining area with a kitchen.

The second floor is the heart of the home — a light-filled main living level with a seamless flow between the chef’s kitchen, dining room, and comfortable living space, ideal for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked and impressively equipped with high-end appliances, double ovens, and double dishwashers to make meal prep a breeze. Two balconies on this level invite you to enjoy the salty breeze, and three more guest bedrooms provide additional accommodations.

Upstairs on the third floor, you’ll discover four more bedrooms and an additional cozy sitting area — perfect for a little quiet time.
The fourth floor is dedicated to fun and relaxation, featuring a game room with foosball and video games, plus a home theater with a 120” screen and surround sound for movie nights to remember.
