Luxury - Top Floor 2 bedroom #14 - 167ft to Mission Beach sand! San Diego’s premier beach destination, Mission Beach. Luxury just fully remodeled 2 bedroom. Top Floor. Third floor. Includes high speed Wifi and streaming cable. Property includes 1 queen bed, 2 full beds and 1 queen air mattress.

This is luxury top floor fully remodeled 2 bedroom apartment just 167 feet from the boardwalk and the beach in San Diego’s premier beach destination, Mission Beach. The apartment is on the top floor of a three story building. The floors are hardwood. The appliances, furniture, electronics, linens and artwork are all brand new.
This is a 14 unit, three story apartment building. It features a gated yard for relaxation and sitting in the sun complete with a shared BBQ.
Take advantage of our kitchen for meals, or venture out and sample some awesome San Diego restaurants during your stay here! Start the morning off right with some coffee in the kitchen, or pick up coffee at one of the numerous neighborhood coffee stands and walk two blocks to the beach for a stroll as you watch the surf.
We are 167 Feet from San Diego's most iconic beach. Have a hamburger or get a scoop of ice cream. Talk a walk or learn to surf, maybe rent a bike. It’s all right there at your doorstep. Groceries, Restaurants and Microbreweries are all around. Of course, you will have access to our communal BBQ grill, and it's always a good time to cook out.
After lunch, head back home and take a nap on a cozy couch or one of the high end beds.
If you like shopping, you are virtually 10-20 minutes from any destination in the greater San Diego Metro area. I would suggest starting with the cool little shops a couple blocks away.
For Touristy stuff... well, the beach is two blocks away. Step out on the sidewalk and look west. It's that blue thing where the land ends. SeaWorld is a five minute drive. The World Famous San Diego Zoo is a ten minute drive away. Disneyland is a ninety minute drive.

Excellent location!!

This is the second time that we stayed here, our family loves being so close to Pacific Beach! Beds were comfortable and I loved having a washer and dryer!!! Wonderful place for a family to stay!

Super smooth check-in process, good communication with the host, ideal location for our family's spring break. So nice to be so close to the beach and able to run back/forth as needed. Also, tons of restaurants within walking distance.

My family and I had a great stay here. We have two small children (5 and 4) and it was perfect! We enjoyed being so close to the beach so we could go back and forth easily with the kids! Host was very kind and answered any questions promptly! We will be staying here again!

Great location and property.

Our family stayed here for four days at mission beach. Location was great, The area can get pretty noisy but the condo where it was placed was pretty quiet at night. It did get pretty warm in the bedroom but nothing too bad. The parking was tight but manageable. We had a mid size SUV and we just backed in and fit perfectly fine. We walked around the whole time. The condo is updated, clean and everything you need is right there.

Amazing beach week

We had such a good time staying here. The outdoor shower, beach toys, and so close to the beach. The only thing that’s a struggle is parking, we did get a ticket the first day because our car bumper was into the sidewalk. So watch out for that. It was just the right size for our family of 6. The kitchen is bare essentials so if you need anything for cooking, you’ll need to bring it yourself. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back.

We had a comfortable stay and the apartment was very clean. We loved how close it was to the beach. Parking was tricky we had a full size SUV and received parking ticket. We would definitely rent this property again.

Perfect place!

We absolutely loved our stay! The unit was clean and comfortable. Beds comfy. Shower was great, had tons of hot water and water pressure. Easy to find. Walking distance to the beach. Walking distance to coffee shops and great restaurants. The owner was very polite and gave us some great recommendations for things to do during our stay. We loved it. Definitely recommended!

High School Graduation Trip

Came to San Diego to celebrate our son’s HS graduation with our adult children. Perfect location with enough places to eat without having to drive. House was clean and comfortable! My only gripe would be the lady next door. There isn’t any sort of balcony off of this particular unit and the first day my son and husband were looking off the common walkway and apparently her dog barks if somebody is standing there.. she made a comment about us staying on ‘our side’, so we just avoided her for the rest of the trip and made sure not to walk across the top-most sidewalk. This had nothing to do with the management, just a lady who seems put out with having a rental next door. Also, while these units were on their best behavior, others surrounding were not always, but that just comes with the territory of staying on Mission Beach. I would 100% recommend the place, and we would rent again!

Enjoyed our stay at Mission beach condo

Condo was as described and very nice. Doug our host was very responsive to any question we had. Pros: location. This place is literally steps to the ocean/ boardwalk with plenty to do and see. Close to restaurants and Ralphs grocery store. We enjoyed our morning walks on ocean boardwalk as well as the bay. We took bus two blocks away to trolley and on to gas lamp quarters and padres game Very convenient . Place was clean and definitely updated and decorated well As listing said parking is tight but we had no issues getting a spot under complex each time we left. Place was stocked well with towels, soap, dishes, glasses and even some condiments in fridge. Beds were comfy. For the cons. Being we traveled into town would be nice if there were beach chairs to use. There was one chair and a few boogie boards and a small cooler in the closet which was nice but would have been nice if a few more chairs were available to use to watch the beautiful sunsets. There were some communal boogie boards and sand toys in the common space but we didn’t see any chairs The AC. Even though there is a AC it doesn’t really blow cold air. We were there during a heat wave but the AC was basically useless. By our last night the weather broke and having the fans on and windows open kept the place cool. Last con was that on last night we got a knock on door from a renter looking to check into place apparently there was some confusion with this person’s booking but none the less a little unsettling. After this renter got Doug on phone they went away, but hope they found a place to stay. Overall place was fine and would definitely stay here again.
