Magnifique complexe de la plage de South Mission gated avec seulement 14 unitĂ©s. Dernier Ă©tage avec belle vue sur l'eau et les bateaux depuis le salon. Notre condo a 1 ch avec un lit queen et un canapĂ©-lit queen avec matelas en mousse Ă  mĂ©moire. Marchez Ă  droite et vous ĂȘtes sur la cĂ©lĂšbre plage de Mission avec surf, terrains de volley-ball, terrains de basket-ball et des kilomĂštres de pistes cyclables. Marchez Ă  gauche et vous avez les eaux calmes de la baie avec une aire de jeux pour enfants et une zone herbeuse pour les pique-niques. Regardez le coucher du soleil et les voiliers passer du jacuzzi sur la terrasse commune. Barbecue fourni si vous avez envie de cuisiner Ă  l'extĂ©rieur tout en profitant de la brise de l'ocĂ©an et de la vue sur l'eau ou si vous pouvez visiter les restaurants en quelques minutes. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant votre sĂ©jour. Vous aurez des serviettes de plage, des chaises, des planches de bodyboard, des jouets de sable, 2 vĂ©los de plage, 2 casques, pack and play, une petite poussette, un matelas gonflable et surtout un espace de stationnement dĂ©signĂ©! Une laverie automatique est disponible Ă  l'extĂ©rieur du patio. Il n'y a pas de climatisation dans l'unitĂ©. Il y a environ 15 marches jusqu'Ă  l'unitĂ©.

Il y a tellement de choses à apprécier à San Diego que ce soit votre premier voyage ou votre lieu de vacances annuel! Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, Belmont Park, Little Italy, Gaslamp District, Horton Plaza, USS Midway, Old town, Seaport Village, La Jolla Cove, Torrey Pines et Legoland pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns. Tous à une courte distance en voiture et un accÚs facile à l'aéroport qui est à 9,2 miles. Le condo est confortable pour 2 adultes et enfants plus jeunes. Il y a un parking gratuit supplémentaire disponible sur le cÎté de la baie et de la plage prÚs du condo si votre véhicule ne rentre pas dans l'endroit désigné. Veuillez vérifier les panneaux pour toute restriction lors du stationnement.

AMAZING

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is small but decorated so nice and very well appointed. The location is awesome! You walk a couple minutes to the left and you are at a wonderful park and the bay/beach and you walk a couple minutes to the right and you are on the ocean/beach. We rented bikes for the week and could get to so many places. Bike lock up space at the condo was challenging but we made it work. Donna...if you are reading reviews, you know she is amazing. She is truly invested in ensuring you have everything you need and have your questions answered. Batteries went out in a remote and she had batteries there in less than 24 hours. And she is such a sweet person! And the other residents in the condos were friendly as well. We will definitely be renting again.

Simply Lovely

This place is sweet, simple, lovely, very comfortable, gorgeous bathroom, excellent kitchen, very soft squishy cozy queen bed, and a nice little living room. Well appointed with Everything and great instructions. Loved the beach chairs and beach towels! Donna is excellent and easy to communicate with!I desperately needed a quiet getaway to recharge with my husband, and this was at the point of Mission Beach & Mission Bay at the canal. Super quiet area, easy parking, and we felt right at home. We got to wake up to the water and the Sun, listen to the wind, and rest.I grew up next to an airport, but I did not notice the airplane noise at all. We napped almost every day and slept great. No concerns.It was exactly what we needed. I am glad we rented a car. I almost didn’t and we had a much better time with the freedom to get around. But parking is definitely tight and a couple of times I had to get in the passenger side and climb over to the driver’s side to pull out the car because the next car was so close. We had a Chevy Malibu for reference. But it was a very small inconvenience to us. Very happy we found this place!

This is a top-notch place to stay in San Diego, for 1-3 people. The location on the Southern point of Mission Beach is great, with a lot to do and see in the area, including the beach and ocean, shops, and restaurants. The condo itself was very clean and well-equipped. The nice hot tub was a big highlight for our group. Everyone we interacted with at the condo complex was kind and welcoming. The host, Donna, is as good as they get! She was extremely communicative before, during, and at the end of our stay. She shared a lot of helpful guidance about things to do in the area before we arrived and was just a joy to work with overall. I highly recommend this property and Donna, as a host!

Very loud with planes flying over frequently all day and evening, starting at 6am. Shower had rust and shower handle didn’t work well. Not a good location. We checked out after 2 nights, even though our stay was non refundable and booked another VRBO

Absolutely wonderful!

What a special place! As described, this little condo was quaint and just right for my friend and I. We enjoyed gorgeous views of boats and kayaks each morning heading out for fun! Across the peninsula was the dog beach where dogs frolicked and swam in the ocean. Just steps away we were surrounded by beaches, water and a abundance of recreational activities to choose from. The location was phenomenal! We rode bikes all over the town and exploring the boardwalks, Mission Bay, restaurants, Belmont Park, Sea World and a local skateboarding park. We went Whale watching also! The property owner made everything easily accessible and was very responsive to all communication. The condo was sparkling clean and absolutely everything was thought of to ensure guests had a wonderful time. I was surprised to find a portable air conditioning unit that easily hooks up and kept the condo cool. Boogie boards, beach towels, baby items, beach bags and beach blankets and so much more was provided to accommodate guests needs. The kitchen was stocked with coffee maker, toaster and even a blender. Wine, popcorn, bottled water and candies were all part of the warm greeting displayed on the counter for a personal reflection of Donna’s thoughtfulness. Donna, complimented us on being exemplary guests. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. It was a blessing to have found this little gem in the heart of San Diego! Thank you Donna for sharing your darling home with us!

Good location & great communication!

The owner communicated great. Was always available and willing to help. The parking is tight, but I was able to fit my x7 which is a bit larger in spot. It was very quite at night during week. There is a walkway to beach by bedroom side, so keeping window open at night is a catch 22 as those random groups of loud drunk people walking by can be distracting. The flight path is also right over top of this unit so, if you are a light sleeper.. Bring your plugs and or sound machine:). nice water views from unit and pull out couch is just as comfy as bed:) Thanks!!

For a couple it was perfect. Everything needed was there. Location was a great base camp for seeing San Diego. Donna the owner was great and communicated with us as needed. Having a designated parking spot was a big plus.

I have been going to Mission Beach since 1985. I have dreamed of a property with a water view. When I visited this property and looked out to the water from my living room I knew it was perfect for myself, my family and guests. It's cozy, comfortable and the location can't be beat.

Unobstructed water views, parking spot, welcoming environment. Close to everything but still feels secluded at the south end of Mission Beach.
