Homes will NOT be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. *Age will be verified* Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of 1 small supply closet. Feel free to use all of the home and all amenities in the home.

Check-in Instructions will be emailed to you several days prior to your check-in. In these check-in instructions you will be provided with an individual door code for the smart lock system on the home that will be activated with your booked dates/times.

Quiet residential neighborhood near Pier Park.

Bike or take the golf cart to many nearby restaurants as well as Pier Park shopping.

Golf cart is complimentary for guest use. Golf cart is street legal. There is a separate liability waiver that needs to be completed for use.

The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time is 10. This includes adults, infants and children. If additional guests wish to stay on the property they must be approved by the owner in advance and could possibly be subject to additional fees. For safety reasons, please do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the property. Bringing additional unapproved guests could result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.
