Fully Renovated on Sunnyside Beach - Golf Cart Included - Pool - 3 Bedroom

Fully renovated with all open concept design, new furniture, bedding and décor. The kitchen has been fully updated with quartz countertops and all new cabinets and appliances. Our townhome is located only a short walk to the private Sunnyside Beach, on the West end of Panama City Beach. This home features three bedrooms upstairs, with the Master having its own ensuite, and the remaining two bedrooms sharing a bathroom, as well as a half bath on the lower level. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a single set of twin bunks, great for kids! Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a great week at the beach! Newer appliances and a washer and dryer located on the upper level. Small porch area with a gas grill located in the rear. Rear storage unit has a couple of beach chairs and a beach cart to get everything to the beach. Located in a small, 3 townhome complex, on a quiet street. Two parking spaces are located directly next to the front door. Golf cart to get to and from the beach is also included in the rental.

Master bedroom features a large closet, a full bathroom, and a King size bed. The first Guest bedroom features a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a twin bunkbed. Fold out couch with memory foam mattress located in the Livingroom.

The great thing about the location is you have no elevators, easy parking right out front(two cars MAX), and just a short walk to the beach. No large crowds to deal with, or long lines in crowded lobby's. We are only a 3 minute drive to Win Dixie, Publix or the always great Carousel Grocery store. Minutes away from everything Panama City Beach has to offer.

Couple of Questions we normally get:
Golf Cart - You have exclusive use of a golf cart just for this unit. Key is in the unit.
Golf cart is only for driving to the beach and back.
Each unit has its own personal golf cart.
Beach access is shown in photos, at the end of the street we are on, with plenty of space to park the golf cart.
The pool is shared by only two other units in this complex.
We don't have additional parking unfortunately. Just two spots, and cant accommodate additional cars.
The listings for the other two townhomes are: 2256666 and 2202637. Rent all three and have a private complex.

We love the Sunnyside area and own six vacation rentals in Sunnyside. They are VRBO listings 513866, 1038709, 2256666 and 2202637.

If you have a larger group, you can also rent all three of the townhomes, and then you will have a private pool. This listing if for Unit B, and the other two units (A and C) are vrbo 2256666, and 2202637.

Pool is only heated from October 1st - March 1st.

Nice home at the beach

Home was very nice, back yard pool, golf cart was a definite plus! Great communication, absolutely no problems, start to finish was super quick and definitely look for this place for a family vacation at the beach! Great, quiet neighborhood and just a few blocks from Pier Park! Will be stayng again!!

Pet friendly

It was great that this property was pet friendly as it's hard to find pet friendly rentals. My only suggestion is to have the pool ready for guest arrivals. We had to turn on the heat that took 24hrs to heat and there was leaves and etc in the pool upon arrival

Late summer vaca

We very much enjoyed our stay here. After debating house vs condo we decided that a house close to beach with a golf cart to easily get us to beach was the way to go. Huge plus for us was having a back yard for our little dog to run around in and a private pool shared with just the three units. The inside of unit is very roomy and comfortable with areas to all hang out together but also enough space to spread out!

Hidden Gem

We typically book single family homes. Grabbed this one last minute after an opportunity arose to spend some time with my family before school went back. Triplex townhome. Was still great. Hardly seen our “neighbors” and when we did they were awesome. We had the middle unit and heard no one. Layout is great for preventing any noise from unit to unit. My 2 year old was loud and they commented that they did not hear him at all. Well outfitted. Had everything we needed. Included golf cart is icing on top. Close enough to walk to the beach easily but we still enjoyed the cart. Pool is great. Overall we all loved this place and we typically stay in much more expensive private homes. We will likely be back. If I had to say anything that could use improvement. Dryer was a bit loud and slow and we wish we could swim after dark ( one of our fav things). But that’s nitpicking. This is a great property and host!

The location of this rental is very convenient. The beach is right up the road where you can walk and or your the golf cart, which was a major plus. If you do not feel like going to the beach there also is a pool. You do have to drive to go eat and or sight see, but it was worth it. There is a plethora of food or shopping options. Pier park the shopping center and is for any ages. We enjoyed our stay and absolutely love Panama City Beach. We definitely will be back!

Sunnyside Stay

Our family enjoyed staying at the Sunnyside townhome. It was exactly as advertised. Communication prior to our stay was informative and detailed making check in seamless. The townhome had all necessary conveniences and we enjoyed the short walk and/or golf cart ride to the beach. The pool was an added bonus.

Excellent Vacation Stay

Our multigenerational family stayed here for the kids spring break. It was so close to the beach and having a golf cart was so convenient. The pool in the back was such a blessing as the beach was often too windy or there were rip tides so we couldn’t go in the water there. Kitchen had everything we needed so the whole place was perfect! Great stay. Thank you!!

Great beach get-away!

The property was clean and well equipped. The golf cart made it easy to get all our “stuff” to the beach. We also enjoyed the semi-private pool when the surf was too high for swimming.

Little Slice of Paradise

Short walk to rhe beach, but you also have the benefit of a golf cart, which makes it so much easier with kids! Love the beach chart & chairs being at the house - less to pack! No noise issues at all & we were in the center unit. Nice, quiet community are, which is great for families. We enjoyed being away from the downtown area.

PERFECT!

This townhouse was incredible! Perfect for our family of 6 adults (4 in their 20s that even complimented their accommodations). COMFORTABLE, CLEAN, & very CLOSE to the beach, especially with the golf cart which was so HELPFUL going to & from. But still close enough for a quick walk. Our neighbors on either side of us that week (July 2021) were very nice. It was really nice having the POOL out back as an option. We grill a lot so having a grill was good for us. The furniture & beds were all comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if we come to this area. An EZ 5 star vacation spot! Thank you for having all of us ;)

My family and I had a great time at this location. The house was only 5 minutes walking to the beach and was in a quite location of town. The pool and the golf cart were awesome bonus to have. the kids love riding around the neighborhood on the golf cart. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

Perfect vacation

This was the perfect family vacation. This was the first time we hadn’t stayed in a high rise condo and it was the best decision ever!! The condo was spotless. One of the couches is a bit spotted but it was ok. Kitchen was well equipped and very spacious for a townhome. The rooms are a nice size and my 4 children were very comfortable in the beds. The beds were bit hard and having extra pillows would have been nice, but that’s not really a complaint. Just thoughts on how to make a great experience even better. The golf cart was so convenient to help get items to the beach. The beach is walkable also. It maybe took a whole minute to walk there. Maybe. Did I say this location is amazing? I picked this place because I wanted a private pool due to covid. I wanted to be away from people and in non crowded locations. The pool is shared with the other 2 units. But it’s a great size pool and sharing it with the 2 other townhouses is far better than sharing it with a thousand people in a high rise. I was afraid I would mind not being able to look out the window at the waves, but that never crossed my mind the whole trip. It was great. This could totally be my go to spot for vacations. I am already recruiting family to rent the other units with us next time.

Everything We Needed

This trip was excellent! The check-in could not be easier. We had a beautiful time and having the pool was extremely nice because the beach had red or double red flags all but 2 days that we were there. The townhouse is clean, well supplied and comfortable for a family - even the beds are comfortable! The kitchen was easy to cook in and supplied most of our needs for cooking breakfast. Our party included 2 adults, a 20 year old, 19 year old and 17 year old. The golf cart for beach transport was very nice. The back patio was relaxing for lunch or dinner. We really wanted for nothing. This location will stay in my destination board for future trips!
