Casa Coquina offers a uniquely central location for your visit to the nation's oldest city. Located directly across from The Conch House Resort/Salt Run Waterway and walking distance to many restaurants & entertainments, this clean, quiet home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, large living room, Florida room & outdoor patio with BBQ grill. Brewery lights in the trees over the large outdoor dining area. We are a 2-minute drive to Historic Downtown and 5-minute drive to our beautiful beaches. The huge tree-shaded yard is completely fenced in for child/pet safety and total privacy.
The home sleeps 6 but is more comfortable with 4 guests as the third bed is the sleeper sofa in the main living area. We welcome responsible pet owners. Garage and driveway parking available. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is provided. Enjoy!

The rental was so easy and we received everything we needed on time. The house and amenities were excellent. It was very clean and very comfortable. My little dog especially enjoyed the large fenced in yard.

Our host was wonderful. Sarah reached out at all the right times and responded quickly to any question I had. The house was in excellent order, welcoming and with everything we wished to find. The layout of the home feels spacious and cheery. The yard is wonderful. I love trees!

Great stay in St. Augustine

We booked our stay here for a weekend stay so we could go to the Night of Lights and we had a great time. The location was perfect for the 4 adults in our party with our dog who really enjoyed the huge backyard. Check in was simple and the accommodations were great. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

A great home with private backyard

Cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed at!

Casa Coquina is extremely clean and the neighborhood is great! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Sarah is an excellent property host. Definitely recommend Casa Coquina if you are in need of a place to stay in St. Augustine.

Cozy house in a great location!

We loved our stay at Casa Coquina! The beds were comfy, the layout was nice and spacious and it’s an easy and safe walk to downtown. The fenced backyard was huge and nice to have with our pup. It’s difficult to find a place in this location with a backyard like that!

This is a lovely older style but wonderfully built South Florida home...having lived in Miami for years I love this house and the area it is in. It is so nice and so clean, I sat in the yard and imagined this beautiful yard in its hay day. I can only imagine how much love and care went into this yard and home. It is so close to everything and so well stocked. My husband and I and our best friends had the best time for our mini vacay..we will definitely rent the wonderful home again.

St. Augustine Vacation

Nice rental for small families or couples - location was fantastic for both the beaches and the historic district - very easy to get to. Decent restaurant across the street which does offer take-out - good walking neighborhood for our two dogs. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting the St. Augustine area.
