A fantastic 2 bedroom unit well-equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. The view is simply awesome. Second floor apartment overlooking the intracoastal waterway. This a corner unit with great views . Two King size beds and a sofa bed full kitchen with dishwasher , twoTV's with Directv . The Beach is one block away just a 5 Min walk . This unit is one of the most requested at The Aloha. Free wifi .Towels provided , 2 beach chairs available. Heated swimming pool 2 gas Barbeque grills for your use. Enjoy a relaxing atmosphere in South Florida .

Best Florida vacation ever

Location was great. Condo and being on the Intercoastal was fabulous. People very friendly in Pompano. restaurants good. Enjoyed our nightly walks to the Pier. Highly recommend Pompano Beach.

Great condo!

This condo exceeded our expectations! The condo was clean and spacious. It overlooked the intercoastal, which was a beautiful view. The pool was heated and large. It was only a five minute walk to the beach, and they provided chairs and an umbrella. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect every time

I’m in Florida often. I always stay in one of the properties owned by this host. This one is my favorite. Right on the water. The view is amazing, watching the boats go by. So relaxing . It’s close to everything .

Amazing waterfront condo

The condo was exactly as listed. The best part was the amazing view of the water and the amount of light inside. Spent alot of time watching the boats go by sitting outside. Wouls love to come back again if in the area.

Would have like to left a great review, as I do on all the places we have stayed at on VRBO. We never made it to Florida, hours before we were to leave, I was hospitalized. No fault of the renter, but I reach out to them, to let them know we wouldn’t be able to make it, took 2 days to get a response. He did offer to refund my cleaning fee, since we never step foot in the unit, yet to see anything, or reply from him!

Beautiful Tropical Setting!!

My ratings says it all. Condo is very close proximity to Pompano Beach. Swimming pool in a beautiful garden with the view of the water ways was second to none. No communication issues with the property manager. Highly recommended!

Right on the water

The expanse of windows were 10 ft from the inter coastal waterway. I woke up to water! There was a lot of boat traffic, so if you do not like boat noise, this place is not for you. I loved the closeness to grocery store and my sister. I would recommend this apt.

Nice but pool closed for renovations

Location and rental unit were nice. Furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. My major complaint is that the pool and whole pool area is undergoing renovations and looks like it will be closed for at least another month or 2 (according to a construction worker there). No mention of this in the property description and was only warned 2 days before arriving which was very disappointing

An unbeatable location!

We booked this property at fairly short notice, and the communications received from the property manager were excellent! We had a fast response and accurate, relevant info provided for any question we had. The property is part of a complex on a fairly quiet road, and provides parking for guests. It was a pleasant 15 min stroll to the fabulous beach and pier area, with a few restaurants and bars. Although the condo had everything we needed, we felt some of the fixtures and furnishings would benefit from being replaced as they were looking a little tired or damaged (e.g. bathroom taps need replacing, the first cabinet that greets you as you open the door was chipped and tatty) - first impressions would be much improved with just a little attention to some small things. We very much enjoyed our stay at this property.

Boat parade

Best view. Enjoyed watching the boats-from small up to huge yachts-going by. Since we’re new to area would have liked some sort of info package—restaurants, ocean beaches etc close by. Could have used one more comfy chair. If had been 4 rather than 3 wd have not had enough seating(dining chairs not good for extended seating). Kitchen supplies terrific wd have helped to have list of what was supplied such as paper towels toilet paper beach towels and chairs etc. Did find condo beautifully supplied but didn’t know before arrival. Overall great vacation!

Unbelievable water view

Yes, one of the two beds was squeaky and the boats going by are a bit loud, but we would stay again in a heart beat! The view are spectacular from the sitting room and from the chairs by the waterway. It’s so fun to watch the parade of boats streaming by! It’s not a fancy hotel, but quaint, friendly and appears to be a hidden gem.

fantastic views

This two bedroom two bath unit overlooking the ICH was a perfect place for my son and I to stay as we watched the boats go by, saw manatees from our window and enjoyed working remotely for the week. We had friends pick us up on their boat right out front.

Awesome View

I brought my mom and dad here. We all enjoyed the Intercoastal view while having meals or playing cards. Just awesome! The condo had everything we would need for the beach (umbrella, chairs, etc.), and cooking. The pool was heated just the way mom & dad like it. It was very quiet, restful and peaceful. It was a wonderful stay.

So relaxing!

We actually spent most of our time just sitting out by the ICW watching the boats go by! The condo is great! Very clean! We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen. The walk to the beach is better than expected. This condo is the best in Aloha. The views from the front room are incredible. It does get hot in the front room in the afternoon due to the sun coming in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
