Kanda Zen est un condo de 5 unités situé sur la voie navigable intracoastal à Pompano Beach, exclusivement dédié aux locations à court terme et aux vacances et géré de manière professionnelle par moi sous le nom commercial Kanda Sun Properties.

Il est à 6 minutes à pied de la célèbre plage de Pompano, et vous pourrez vous rendre à pied aux magasins, aux restaurants et plus encore.

Nous fournissons des chaises de plage, des parasols, des serviettes de plage et des glacières pour vous permettre de vous rendre à la plage.

La plage de Pompano est l’une des meilleures destinations du sud de la Floride. Ici, vous bénéficiez de tous les avantages d’être si près de la plage, mais également directement sur la voie navigable intracoastal, de sorte que vous tirez le meilleur parti des deux.

A propos de cet appartement:
  
Ceci est le studio rez de chaussée situé sur le patio avant. Vous avez accès à la voie navigable intracoastal et à la piscine sur le patio arrière �� 100 pieds, mais cet appartement n’a pas de vue sur l’eau.

Complètement rénové en 2017 avec de nouveaux sols, cuisines et salles de bains.

Tous les nouveaux meubles. Lits King dans chaque chambre.

Chaque fenêtre a des stores filtrant la lumière et occultants.

Grands téléviseurs intelligents avec câble, enregistreur numérique, applications de streaming et accès rapide au Wifi partout.

Un endroit merveilleusement relaxant, nous avons tout fourni pour votre séjour.

Ouvrez le salon avec des sièges confortables pour regarder la télévision ou lire un livre, un bar de cuisine pouvant accueillir deux personnes.

La cuisine est moderne avec de nouveaux appareils haut de gamme.

Pour la cuisson, utilisez des casseroles, verres, assiettes, couteaux de cuisine et des planches à découper en acier inoxydable Tri-Ply.

Nous fournissons 2 jeux de serviettes et 2 jeux de draps en coton, ainsi que des serviettes de plage, des chaises et des parasols.

La salle de bain a un sèche-cheveux.

Il y a un fer et une planche à repasser, ainsi qu'un aspirateur, une pelle à poussière et une brosse.

Il y a une buanderie climatisée gratuite sur place pour tout le condo avec 2 laveuses et 2 sécheuses, savon à lessive fourni.

Il n'y a pas de service de chambre ou de nettoyage quotidien, mais nous offrons un service de nettoyage sur demande moyennant un supplément.

Nous avons un lit bébé disponible sur demande et un coffre-fort pour stocker votre passeport ou vos objets de valeur.

Le pont arrière a un quai de 60 pieds un patio pavé avec piscine et jacuzzi (tous deux chauffés).

De confortables tables et chaises d'extérieur sont fournies ainsi que des chaises longues.

Il y a deux barbecues à gaz pour les grillades en plein air à l'arrière et un dans le patio avant.

Nous autorisons les enfants, mais veuillez noter que le condo n'est pas adapté aux bébés ou aux enfants, il n'y a pas de cadenas, la piscine n'est pas clôturée et le quai a un accès ouvert à la voie navigable.

La propriété est très bien située près de tout, des magasins d’alimentation, de la pharmacie, des bars, des restaurants, du port de plaisance, de la plage, du golf, du fitness, etc.

My husband and I stayed here over my birthday weekend and we could not have been happier. Our room was well appointed with everything we could have possibly needed. There was even a lovely welcome basket waiting for us upon arrival. The property was very clean and the owner was extremely nice and very attentive. We will definitely stay here again!

Fabulous place

This condo is as advertised, 5 stars all around. Great location with lots of good restaurants withing walking distance and the beach is also very close. Very nice pool area out back by the intercoastal where it is fun to watch all of the boat traffic. Finally, the condo is ran by the actual owner who is very attentive. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great stay and walkable area.

Beautiful studio apartment with full kitchen, spacious updated bathroom. Bedroom area offered plenty of storage and comfortable bed. Washer and dryers very convenient. The pool area is situated on the waterway offed plenty of tables with umbrellas and lounge chairs. The best part is that you are a short walk to beach and restaraunts. Plan to book again on my next visit to the area.

A wonderful place to spend a week

When staying at a rental in the Pompano area for more than a night or two I look for: kitchen, washer/dryer, pool,spa, comfortable & updated unit, small property with parking close to my unit, view of the Intercoastal, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Kanda Zen has it all! My third year renting and have already booked again for next year. Perfect place for me!👍😎

Quiet paradise

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. K has thought of everything. Comfortable linens, quality appliances and electronics. Beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the quick walk to the beautiful beach. We learned the pool and view from the inter coastal was just as relaxing. You won’t be disappointed!

Our studio apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Our host meet us, gave us a tour and was great at checking in with us. The linens are luxurious and bed very comfortable. and kitchen was modern. The pool and hot tub are welcoming and comfortable temperature. and great spot on the intercostal to watch boats and manatees. The beach and pier are great for a walk.

Long Weekend Getaway

Stayed for a weekend with my husband and enjoyed our time in Pompano. Nice relaxing location close to the beach and restaurants. We dined at the Oceanaire, Lucky’s and Foundry’s. All good food and good atmosphere. We also hit up the beach at the 6th street access and the main access where they have the public restrooms, shops and dining. We chose to drive and park but can easily walk. The rental was clean upon arrival and really appreciated the welcome basket with a bottle of wine, snacks and hand sanitizer. Rental was fully stocked with all the essentials including spices, coffee and tea. As a Costco lover the quality bathroom tissue was a bonus and not having to purchase basic items like in previous rentals like dish soap and sponge is a must and the owner made sure to have those items included. King size bed was super comfortable and linens were abundant. The kitchen and finishes are modern and aesthetically pleasing and the recliners were great to enjoy a movie. Would have liked to enjoy the pool and outside views of the intracoastal more but we chose to explore and hit the beach. Unfortunately during our stay the weather and water were a bit rough due to the tropical activity but more of a reason to visit again.

One of the best places I ever stayed at

Wanna keep it a secret it was so good. But everything was perfect. Property was immaculate. Owner super nice and responsive. Even includes a gift basket. Backyard on intracostal is perfect. Short walk to beach. Quiet safe neighborhood with lots of things within walking distance. Not sure what else you could hope for.

Exceeds 5 Stars!!

Kanda Zen had such great reviews, so decided to give it a try. It was the best decision and we are definitely coming back. The property manager was kind and does the most amazing job, keeping the property in impeccable order. Its immaculate and I’m a germaphobe. All the items are great quality and shape. They have stocked the kitchen well. The location is awesome!! It’s a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The property is on the inner costal. Our favorite thing to do, was sit at the pool and watch the boats go by. The people staying in the other units were so nice. We were so sad to leave but can’t wait to go back.

The owner/manager "K" takes great pride in the care of his properties. He is very thoughtful and accommodating. He's thought of everything! My long term stay has been wonderful and very comfortable. Thank you "K"!
