Enjoy serenity, relaxation and fun at The Artful Nook in Little Harbor. We offer an artfully decorated condo with mood lighting, flat screen TV, WIFI, and a breathtaking view of a cozy cove where dolphins swim in from the ocean and the warm, welcoming sun rises. Experience our private beach, two restaurants, pools, modern gym, hot tubs, tennis and basketball courts, playground, marina, fishing, dinner cruises, water sports, beautiful sunsets and live entertainment. Golfing is nearby.
THE SPACE
You will self check-in and enjoy the coziness of this corner unit that is artfully decorated and has a trendy look. This unit has two queen beds, flat screen TV, and robust WI-FI. Fondly known as The Artful Nook, it is located at The Inn at Little Harbor, is painted a unique light silver grey color, and provides LED lighting which augments and complements the painted walls. Select from the different intensities of the LED lighting and choose the intensity that suits your mood. Enjoy the aura of rest, peace, relaxation, (and/or romance). It is perfect for a family vacation, time-away with friends, or for a romantic rendezvous. We provide a microwave, coffee maker and coffee supplies, as well as a mini fridge for your convenience.
GUEST ACCESS
This is a one-bedroom condo that sleeps a maximum of four (4) guests per booking. Common outdoor areas such as pools, hot tubs, gym, tennis and basketball courts, and playgrounds are shared with other guests. This is a ground floor unit with two entry doors for easy access. Parking is free with parking lots at the front and back of the unit.

This is a pet-free unit. Sorry we cannot allow pets per condo association rules and due to allergies.

This was a great place to stay. If I had to pick out anything that I think could be improved would be the TV to get local stations and the major networks instead of Roku. The host was very quick to respond to things answer any questions I had.

Great stay!

Host was very responsive. No problem checking in. Unit was very clean. Excellent location on the canal. Saw pelicans and dolphins everyday. Loved the Sunset Grill.

Highly recommend!

We absolutely love the Inn at Little Harbor! Our property manager was amazing! She was so accommodating and kind! She made sure that we knew what to do in order to give our little toddler the extra experiences the area had to offer. Everything was nice and clean, and the bed was so comfortable!

Anniversary Trip

Our short stay was amazing. The accommodations were wonderful for a short stay, for a longer stay a cooktop would be nice. Little harbor is quiet and peaceful. Location was great. Short walk to a beautiful sunset.

Fishing trip

Great location for the fishing trip we were taking the captain of the boat was able to pick us up right there in the harbor. Walking distance to a good restaurant for eating. Nice facility all around. Great for a weekend stay . We would stay here again.

Beautiful View

You couldn't ask for a more beautiful view of the water out your window. There is a restaurant with live music in walking distance. Park right in front of your room so parking is nice.

Get away

We live in the bay area and this was the perfect get away to sit and watch boats go by. A beautiful flamboyant tree was in full bloom. Conveniently located walking distance to a small beach and a nice restaurant. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets.

Daily dolphins and peaceful paddling!

We loved being by the waterside, watching dolphins fishing from our patio area! We too a couple of inflatable paddle boards and explored the local mangroves where we saw lots of fish? Manatees and stingrays. Some great bars and restaurants nearby with some food for vegetarians (but not much that was healthy!) still? We were on holiday and the paddling helped us burn calories!!Nice little gym too and we even took up pickleball during our stay.The accommodation was compact but perfectly fine for 10 day and two people.We really enjoyed our stay - thank you!

Good stay

My wife and I liked the room. Not many frills but parking was right outside our door and the water was right there as well. Had coffee with the local dolphin twice in three days. The room was very clean. The only downside was the location. It's fairly far off the path from most touristy things but we knew that before we booked.

Pros and cons to every place one stays. Pros: there is a bay outside the front that I did see (two) dolphins in. The owner is quick to respond. The room has the basic essentials. The pools (bc FL) were warm and the clubhouse nice. Cons: I arrived on a Sunday and PM’d the owner. There was a strong smell of toxic chemicals in the interior hallway of the building (not in her unit). I noted in smelled of mold killer, pesticide, or strong paint chemicals. She noted they painted recently, I noted it was stronger. But I opened the door, blew the fan, tired to make the best. The sheets also smelled strongly of bleach and the Orkin guy came Thur. and sprayed the outside. On Thursday a management guy came to check out the smell (he should have just gone in the hall), which was 4-5 days after. I told him to return after check out on Friday. I would not recommend to anyone with a chemical sensitivity. Also the private beach had no swimming signs. Was tiny. The room has ok/fine. Perfectly usable but not fancy. Priced accordingly. There were a few bugs but not bad. —Remote area. A lot of locals told me they think of Ruskin FL has a hidden gem. Check drive times prior if traveling elsewhere.

Great location. Clean condo. Enjoyed the pool and the beach. The lights werent working at the pool and they closed it at 730 instead of being open until 10 as posted. One light inside the pool was laying on the bottom of the pool. Safety issue. The minj fridge freezer was completely frozen and we turned it off for a day so we could defrost it. We had purchased milk for my daughter. I did forget to leave the pool card and will drop it in the mail tomrw. Thank you Karen

Saga of no door code

My wife and I rented a room to attend our friend's wedding. A few days before, I accessed the web site and asked for our check in instruction(s) and a "form letter" email informed me that another email with all our info would be forthcoming. That didn't happen. When we were on the property we are still trying to get someone to reply through the web site. We could not get access to the room so we had to get prepared for the wedding in the parking lot in the car. Suffice it to say my wife was not pleased. About an hour an a half later at the wedding reception I got the email with the door code. So, at least we got a night's sleep. The room was ok - towels, bathroom seemed clean. The wedding and friends were great but we were glad to be on our way home the next morning. Not the service I would expect for the $$$.

Alles wirklich top! Zimmer sehr groß und sauber! Betten groß und bequem. Badezimmer ebenfalls sauber und großzĂŒgig. Lage ist einfach perfekt. Supermarkt nur mit Auto erreichbar. Jeden Morgen sind Delfine vor der HaustĂŒr. Das Restaurant Hooks, was in der „Siedlung“ ist, ist teuer. Daher lieber woanders essen. Waschmaschine sowie Trockner draußen vor der TĂŒr da. Kaffee im Zimmer genug vorhanden. Es sind sogar BadehandtĂŒcher vorhanden. Der Aufenthalt hier war ein Traum fĂŒr uns. 2 Tage waren uns zu wenig fĂŒr die tolle Unterkunft. Parken kostenlos vor der TĂŒr des Zimmers. Man bekommt 1-2 Tag vorher eine Info wegen Reservierung. Da steht die Adresse und die Zimmernummer in der Adresszeile. Erst wenn das Zimmer an dem Check in Tag fertig gereinigt wurde, bekommt man den Code fĂŒr das Zimmer.

Great location & great view

Great location for fishing and view. Sunrise just in front with Dolphins greeting us with our morning coffee. We even checked out a little late soaking in the view and owner was very understanding. Great place!

Little Harbor is a unique community in Ruskin - the air, sea, beautiful plants, trees and flowers are refreshing. There is so much to do in addition to relaxing in the peaceful air-conditioned comfort of The Blue Lagoon or The Artful Nook, or sitting on the patio enjoying the antics of dolphins playing in the channel. Little Harbor offers water sports, fishing, dinner cruises, swimming, kayaking, basketball and tennis, gym-time, golfing at a nearby resort....and more. Sunrises and sunsets are beautiful and on-site restaurants offer good food and live entertainment. Little Harbor is magical.
