Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property had beautiful views and was in a good location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Thehouse was clean and well maintained and had plenty of room for my family of four. The hot tub was nice to relax in after a long day of camping of riding mountain coasters.

Mountain getaway
We loved our stay! It was a beautiful property. We had issues with the WiFi. It was out the weekend we were there but the property manager was working with us to try to get it back up. We wanted to use the hot tub but the temp had been turned down too low so it never properly warmed up enough for us to get in. We went in early January so it’s a slow season so I get why there were minor issues. Everything else was fine. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the views and the porch! Our dogs loved the little walks we’d take around the street. It was a fun weekend! Thank you for hosting us!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Mountain Escape Chalet. It had all of the amenities we needed. The location is great, close to town, yet far enough to allow us to feel secluded. Also close to the national park which is where weSpent a lot of our time. Although we saw more bears near the cabin. We loved that it was a dead end road so not a lot of traffic when walking our dog. If we make it back to the Smokey mountains, we will stay here again. I would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful cabin with amazing views! We loved the hot tub at night. Very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely book this cabin again.
