A new, stylish townhome located within walking distance of downtown Belgrade. Centrally positioned in Gallatin Valley, this home provides easy access to fishing, hiking, and skiing in every direction. Perfect for families, outdoor enthusiasts, or remote workers looking for a comfortable stay with modern amenities.

Up to 2 dogs are considered with owner approval and a pet fee. Please inform us at the time of booking of the age, weight, and breed of the dog(s) you are planning to bring. If approved we have a $70 pet fee per dog per week.

Spacious & Inviting Accommodations
- Master Suite: King-size bed, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks & shower/tub combo is located upstairs.
- Guest Bedrooms (2): Queen-size bed, ample closet space, and a shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combo located on ground level. The second guest bedroom also with a Queen-sized bed is located on the second floor.
- Bathrooms: 1 full bathrooms on the ground level and second bathroom on the top level + 1 half bath on the main level.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful home! The house was spotless, comfortable, and even more beautiful than the photos. The location was perfect—only seven minutes from the airport and about 15 minutes from downtown. Grocery stores and several fast-food restaurants were also within walking distance, which was very convenient. We even drove to Yellowstone National Park during our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

Great spot for family close to Bozeman

The location was amazing with young kids as the grocery store was literally 3 blocks away!! Perfect for our family of 5 - our friends recommended it and we were not disappointed. Highly suggest for families visiting Bozeman - it was a quick drive but not in the busy parts of town.

The listing fails to mention you hear the train every night and there are several barking dogs in the backyard area. Needs some fluffing up in the house. Many kitchen utensils/small appliances need replacing and a thorough cleaning of the bedding and carpets. It’s been very loved. And having a bedroom on 3 different floors is hard for a younger family. Keep that in mind! Better for singles traveling.

We attended a wedding at the Gatlin River Lodge. This was the perfect spot - comfortable and convenient to the wedding venue plus easy access to hiking and town. The condo was spacious, clean and very comfortable
