Our name LUXE LOCATION says it all. No other 3-bedroom 2-bath condo will provide you this unique experience within steps of Traverse Cityâs best restaurants, bars, boutiques, and beaches. Your days will be flooded with natural light from our expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. The modern floor plan offers open views and luxurious spaces for lounging and entertaining. Massive-lofted ceilings, designer furnishings and a private street-side patio with view of park and river across the street make every stay extraordinary. Enjoy this one-of-a-kind architectâs and artistâs personally designed paradise.
This stunning escape is furnished with all three bedrooms featuring top-of-the line mattresses and bedding. The wonderfully open kitchen and bar area are well-equipped with quality appliances, wine glasses and dish ware. The dining room comfortably seats 6 - 8 and is made for entertaining. This premium location overlooks the park adjacent to the Boardman River, is two blocks from dozens of the cityâs eclectic eateries and the main shopping district and a short four block walk to the beach. During the summer months beach chairs, a beach blanket, a folding beach wagon and other summer essentials are stocked for your use so you can have easy enjoyment of our sandy beaches and lush parks.
The bathrooms are spa-like with their openness, elegant fixtures, designer tile and customizable high-pressure shower heads.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a Cuisinart drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker and complimentary Higher Grounds coffee (local) to get you started, kitchen linens, drink ware, kitchenware and more!
The table and chairs on the patio (provided seasonally) is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while you plan your day and for lounging and enjoying the evening as the sun goes down.
The unit includes one private parking space just steps from your stay with additional parking available in city lot "N" located adjacent to the condo building.

We have lived in traverse City for over 25 years. We both grew up in southern Michigan, lived out west for a few years and decided to move to beautiful northern Michigan. Our new jobs landed us in Traverse City and we raised our family here. Our condo was built in 2015 and served as the location of Rayâs Architecture firm. He moved his business to a different location in 2020 and we have converted the condo into our future retirement home. Until then, we are excited to share our personal paradise with travelers from near and far. The location, private ground-level entry, and the unique open layout is one of our favorite things about the condo. We are on the edge of downtown with restaurants within view of the front door. Downtown is two blocks away and the beach is an additional two blocks. There is so much to do in Traverse City and being able to walk downtown and to the beach is the ultimate in convenience.
We are available to answer any questions you have about local events and where to go for just about anything (breakfast, beaches, shopping) to make your visit to Traverse City more memorable. If there is anything you need for your visit or the condo, please donât hesitate to ask us!

Our neighborhood is quite, located on a residential 25 mph street. We are so close to all the action downtown and in the surrounding blocks. After a busy day of shopping, strolling, and eating at our many excellent restaurants, we can take a short walk back to the sanctuary of our condo.

Our condo is one of a kind! Designed by the architect-owner, our condo is modern and unique! We've curated an open living space with full height windows to let in the sunlight. Our street-level entrance means no stairs or elevators and our patio off the front door gives you a quiet escape for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine after the kids have gone to bed. The ceilings soar from 13-20 feet inside the condo adding to the voluminous atmosphere of the space.
