The Space: 2nd floor private entrance, just steps from the elevator. Large primary bedroom has a King bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. No TV in primary bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, TV. 2nd bathroom has a bathtub. Fully equipped kitchen has a large island with seating and everything needed to cook meals, including a drip coffee maker. Smart TVs for streaming in living room and 2nd bedroom. Full capacity stacked washer/dryer. This condo is 1,400 square feet in size.
Guest Access: Guests will have access to a residents-only vestibule with an elevator and electronic lock for extra security. Common areas CCTV-monitored for added security.
The Neighborhood: Please note: Noise Considerations: This is an urban property located on a high traffic road, which is great for easy access to local attractions, but some street/city noise should be expected. Earplugs and sound machines are provided.
Getting Around: **Parking Updates – Effective February 1, 2025** Due to new regulations imposed by the parking committee, we are no longer able to provide parking passes to our guests. Parking will be the responsibility of guests, with options including metered street parking and parking garages.
Street Parking: Overnight Restrictions: No parking from 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM (Nov 16–Apr 14) on City streets. Towing enforced. Metered Parking: Enforced Mon-Sat, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (excluding holidays). Pay via ParkMobile app for convenience.
Parking Garages (Recommended): Hardy Garage – 303 East State St. Hours: Mon-Sat: 7 AM – 12 AM, Sun: Varies (posted at entrance). Old Town Garage – 125 East Eighth St. Levels 2-4: Mon-Sat: 7 AM – 12 AM, Sun: 7 AM – 12 AM. Ground Level: Metered Mon-Sat, 8 AM – 6 PM; Free on Sundays. Follow posted signs to avoid fines or towing.

Great Stay
Took us a little time to get used to the low beds but we found everything in the apartment great and really enjoyed the extended weekend in Traverse City. Walking to everything in the downtown is extraordinary!

Superb!
This location is right in the heart of Traverse City where all of the great restaurants are. The condo is super clean. Super nice and has a great patio and great kitchen. The people operating this property communicated very well and we’re great about any questions you had.

The place is beautiful, just like the pictures show. Very updated and clean. Excellent location. Parking was super easy on the street for short-term and around the corner at the garage for overnight. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the bed in the master bedroom was terrible... too soft, too lumpy. And it's a platform bed so very low to the floor which I'm not used to. Otherwise, loved the place.

This condo was easy to find with parking just around the corner. It was very pretty and clean. All the basics were there in the kitchen, bath and laundry room. It was quiet. We could hear only a tiny bit of street noise. Walkable to restaurants and bars, shopping. We took a winery tour and the pick up was just up the street. Communication with management was clear and adequate. We would recommend this condo to friends and would consider staying here again.Thank you!

Best Place to stay in Traverse City
Beautiful apartment in downtown Traverse City. The unit is decorated with gorgeous and modern CB2 ( love it) furniture. Large rooms, high ceilings and a balcony with lake view. We enjoyed the vineyards, restaurants and 3 min walk to the beach. 10 stars- Amazing.

Park St Traverse City
The condo is centrally located in town with all the downtown shopping and attractions within a couple of minute walk. The furnishings are attractive and in excellent shape. The condo is well stocked with all the kitchen and bathroom necessities.
There are several parks and beaches within a few minute drive plus several small picturesque villages nearby.
The host was very responsive- any small issues were addressed very quickly
Overall this is an excellent place to stay when visiting Traverse City

Beautiful, clean, modern, convenient condo
Two couples visiting TC for a long weekend. We absolutely beloved this location and beautifully appointed condo. The beds were comfortable, furniture modern and lovely, however as fairly tall individuals found it all very low to the ground. Two are seniors and did find it a bit more challenging to get out of. Not a deal breaker by any means but maybe a couple of higher seated chairs would be nice. Otherwise, the kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed. Shopping, bars and restaurants all nearby. A parking garage right beside building was so convenient, with a pass provided for 1 car. Amazing stay in this lovely condo. The pictures well respresent this condo. It is roomy, very clean and bright.
