Adorable Cap Cod in Ship Bottom close to the bridge, featuring 4 bedrooms sleeping 10 with 2 full baths and outdoor shower. Enjoy meals in the well appointed kitchen or dine at nearby restaurants. Lots of fun awaits in the fenced in yard with outdoor table, seating and Weber grill or watch the action from the second floor deck. Centrally located in walking distance to the ocean beach, bay, restaurants, mini golf, tennis courts, The Local, Hotel LBI, the famous Ron Jon Surf Shop and much more, this charming beach cottage is sure to please everyone in your group. There is parking for 6 cars so it's perfect for two families with room to spare. Included with the rental is 6 beach badges to Ship Bottom beaches.

Booking are only Saturday to Saturday in the high season.

Loved the backyard. Perfect for spending time with family. Anything you could ask for in a vacation home was there. We are outdoor shower people and that shower was great. Highly recommend !

Wonderful beach week!

We had a fantastic time in Ship Bottom. Wayne’s home exceeded our expectations - we had 6 adults and 1 toddler and everyone was very comfortable throughout our week at the beach. The house was equipped with everything we needed to cook and relax throughout our stay, including a baby gate, pack and play, and beach toys for our son! Wayne was easy to communicate with and the house was very clean.

Beautiful home in a great location

We loved the house and intend to stay again. It was immaculately kept, spacious, and felt very private and homey. The fenced in yard, second story back deck and outdoor facilities made it easy to spend a relaxing time outdoors without leaving the property as well. Wayne's instructions were thorough and he was very nice and communicative. Oh, and it's location is great too! Very easy to get anywhere on the island. We loved our time there!

The visual on line appears that the house is close to the beach but in fact is quite a distance and on a main road.

Carla, I am very sorry the location was not as you expected. When searching on the VRBO site it does state "approximate location" , this is done to help protect from scammers. Please know we have no control over where the location shows up on the map. You booked in January and the exact location is given at booking. I also gave you instructions in May which also included the exact address. You could have canceled your booking when the location did not meet your criteria. Please know you can always inquire with a host about exact location before booking. We are 3 blocks from the beach on the bay side, although closer to the bay, It is still only a 3 block walk to the beach entrance. Although we are on a road that has cars we are not on the causeway or on the blvd. We are on a road that travels north and south, with so few roads with north south travel, it can have more traffic than a side street, but certainly not the main street.

Wonderful stay!

This house was perfect for 8 adults and 2 little kids. The house had a well stocked kitchen and nice fenced in back yard with enough space for everyone to spread out. The location was a little far from the beach, especially for little ones to walk and bring along all the beach gear. We drove to the beach and had no problem with parking, however it was considered off season. Down side to this house, you have to supply your own towels, sheets, hand soap, trash bags…, however that was included in the description and made known ahead of time. Overall we had a wonderful stay and hope to return in the future!

Cozy Home for a Family Week on LBI

This house literally had EVERYTHING you could possibly need! It is always a concern of mine to go someplace new and it doesn't have the kitchen stash of equipment that I use. One place didn't have a stock pot I do recall....how do you make spaghetti for a family? That's just an example. We loved the huge inside and outside dining tables and individual air conditioning units in each room so one could set your own comfort level at night. We definitely will consider staying at Wayne's home again next summer!

Cozy Home for a Small Group

This house was a perfect option for our small group. Wayne provided all of the details early - make sure to read them THOROUGHLY! We did not know that it is customary for all rental homes in LBI to not include linens with the property. Wayne responded immediately and provided us with some rental options. Overall, it was a seamless process.

Perfect family getaway

My family stayed in Wayne’s property to celebrate my parents’ 60th birthdays. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Wayne was attentive and quick to respond. The house was spacious and well equipped (important with kids!). We spent a lot of time out back on the patio enjoying the weather. When we went out there, we were exploring LBI. Given its location, this house is central to EVERYTHING on the island. We would happily stay again at this property.

Wayne knows how it's done

Spotless, well equipped and close to everything. From the beach chairs to the bikes we felt everything was well thought out. Outside area was great and inside area was roomy and comfortable. Would highly recommend this property.

The house was even better than we anticipated! Such a clean spot with plenty of room for all guests. The location was great, as mentioned in the subject, and even close to pickleball/tennis/bocce. Thanks again Wayne! We look forward to coming down again soon!

Wonderful outdoor and indoor space

Very clean and the perfect size (4 BR, 2 baths) for extended family. Outside area has extra large table - we spent every evening in the backyard IF we were not playing board games at the large table indoors. Our only complaint was the distance to the beach - for older people it was quite a hike., although the inclusion of bikes helped! Would highly recommend this rental.

Great beach house

I rented the house for my family for a weekend we were attending in LBI. It’s a cute beach house with plenty of sleeping space. It was very clean and comfortable. We all really enjoyed the weekend!

A wonderful week in a great house!

We all loved this house. It is spacious, updated, and well decorated. Everything was very clean and in good working condition. All the beds are new and very comfortable! My teenagers loved that there were bikes at their disposal and we loved that beach badges & chairs were also provided. Wayne is a responsive host who made everything a pleasure. Highly recommend!!!
