Tucked away on the border of Orinda and El Sobrante, our fully remodeled romantic cottage features a kitchen, deck, and private parking. This space is perfect for romantic getaway, with many hiking paths and restaurant nearby. With one bedroom and one bath, this cottage provides freshly remodeled atmosphere of romance, warmth, comfort, and home.
It is nestled in the back corner of our property, with ample privacy and a designated driveway. The cottage is designed for two guests and is set up with only one queen-size bed. If you need an extra bed, you must let us know when making your reservation. The cleaning staff will then arrange to bring someone to help set up the single bed.
It is a perfect home away from home.

This is a great little space perfect for I or 2 people. I know it is advertised as a romantic getaway, and I'm sure it is for those who are looking for that, but I stayed here while moving my daughter into the dorms at Berkely. I liked it so much I booked it again before I left for when I come vist her on parents weekend. The place was clean and well stocked, parking was a breeze, the neighborhood was nice and I felt safe the whole time. The host is friendly and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend it.

Everything about this sweet place was just as advertised only Better! Communicating with the owner Amir was efficient, friendly kind. We were so impressed with accommodations the thoughtfulness that went into the planning of the space. The cleanliness was remarkable. The amenities were well thought out we would recommend this listing highly and if we ever come back, we will hopefully be able to book it.

Beautiful Little Cottage

Our stay in El.Sabrante was great. The cottage was very clean and the.evironment of the cottage was beautiful. There was a wonderful fountain, gorgeous plants, and sweet sounding birds that rounded out a terrific stay.

The place was very clean and well supplied. I did not cook but they had everything you would need. They allowed me to bring my little dog. They had a driveway where I could park. Perfect for what I needed. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing quiet stay!

My wife and I came for a relaxing time and we got that! Host were very pleasant and very accommodating, check in was easy and area was quiet. My wife spent her day reading outside and was very comfortable! We would love to be back

Nice little cottage

The cottage was small, but really nice and cozy! They even had to spare toothbrush’s. I will definitely stay there again if I ever need to get out of the Fresno heat.

Sweet little cottage

The cottage was located in a nice neighborhood and just right for a solo week attending an educational art program. It was private and had all the essentials. The toothbrush and bath loofah were a thoughtful touch.

Glorious

My husband and I were absolutely smitten with this cottage. Clean, quiet and decorated beautifully. We had all our needs met including a Nesspresso machine!!!!! We even enjoyed tomatos from the garden. I highly reccomended this stay.

Visiting Family & Our Good Friends

We love this studio. The hosts provided special coffee’s (espresso and ground coffee for French press). So many little touches - great selection of jazz CDs and books by DH Lawerence, Doris Lessing and others. Very homey place. Wish we had a few more days to listen to the glorious water fountain and do some bird watching.

A delightful home/ "Hidden Gem"

The cottage is cozy with a nice location. Attention to detail. Appealing interior design. Host was most gracious even when I booked 7 nights instead of 8. My error and he did not make me fell uncomfortable booking an extra night. I would definitely come back here and recommend it to others. A hidden gem....
