Beautiful garden level apartment with lots of space and an unbeatable location. Walking out the front door you'll quite literally be 20 steps from Denver's famous Wash Park.

Whether you're coming for work, play or both you'll find the newly remodeled space extremely comfortable having been outfitted with Tempurpedic mattresses, wonderful natural light, warm exposed brick, blazing fast wi-fi (1 gig fiber) and full access to YouTubeTV by way of a Roku unit

Overall very good. Host was very responsive. Only 1 bathroom for a 3 -4 bedroom place. The ceilings were low so for a 6 foot + person this would be a tight fit. Kitchen was very well outfitted. Thank you for the coffee pods. podspodsthclithes

Amazing Home
What an amazing home! It was super clean and well stocked. The location directly across from Wash Park was so convenient! Brandon and Michelle were attentive and checked in to make sure all was well! We loved this home and told Brandon it was the cleanest place we have stayed. We will definitely return! Thank you!

Weekend transition to the Rockies
We loved it short extended family stay as way to visit Denver before heading to the slopes. The property was excellent, location couldn’t be better and the activities around the area accessible. We spent hours in the park with the kids. The owners were very kind and helpful!

Impressive property ~ excellent location
Although initially unsure of staying in a property with owners living upstairs, this turned out to be a wonderful experience. The owners were very accommodating and accessible without being intrusive. Property was comfortable and nicely furnished. The location was prime - great neighborhood with Washington Park right across the street. This would be my first stop next time I need a place to stay in Denver!

Comfortable suite in an amazing location
We got married just across the street in Wash Park and this was a perfect place to stage things, get ready, have people over, and, of course, actually sleep a little. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean.

Perfect Location with Responsive Hosts
The property is right on Washington Park with great access to nearby sights, restaurants, grocery shopping and coffee shops. Brandon and Michele were extremely helpful and responsive: they provided us with a welcome packet, which included local recommendations and helpful tips about parking, etc. We will definitely be coming back to their great property!

family reunion for graduation
very nicely decorated basement apartment in awesome location on Wash Park West. every morning i got up and walked the park. Kitchen small but super cute. My parents, in their eighties, loved to go sit in the garden. It was the perfect place for quick access to DU, and Cherry Creek restaurants and shopping. Quick ride to RiNo, LoDo, etc. Fairly quick ride to red rocks also. better suited for six than eight, but otherwise perfect!

Great Wahington Park location
Grandma, mom and adult daughters met up for a long weekend. The location was great. I was a little worried that is was a basement unit with people above us but it was way better than expected. normal windows, lots sunlight. We loved sitting on the front porch watching the busy park. Overall great weekend

Five out of five stars! I cannot say enough about the location and property itself!
We really cannot say enough good things about this property - we were all sad to see this trip end as the location and the home itself were perfect on all fronts. Our stay was a week long with our 2 and 5 year old - the space could not have been more ideal for kids. Brandon was quick to respond to any of our questions (and so kind), the beds were exceptional, the amenities met all of our needs, even parking was simple! But the biggest highlight was truly being across the street from Wash Park! We've used VRBO and other vacation rental websites for years, and this was truly the best experience we've had to date! (Big thank you to Brandon and Michelle!)
