Welcome to Ocean Reef 707, a newly renovated (2024) beachfront 2BR/2BA condo on the quiet, highly desirable West End of Panama City Beach. Enjoy over 330 feet of private Gulf-front shoreline, uncrowded white sand beaches, and sweeping views from one of the largest balconies on the beach.

This condo sleeps up to 6 guests and is ideal for couples, families, or snowbirds seeking a peaceful retreat with resort-style amenities. Sleeping options include a king bed in the primary suite, a queen and twin bed in the guest bedroom, plus a small pull-out section of the lounge-style couch suitable for a child if needed.

Inside, you’ll find new flooring, fresh paint, updated dĂ©cor, brand-new furniture, and all-new bedding and mattresses for a clean, comfortable stay. Enjoy free beach service, indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, fitness center, and a prime location just minutes from Pier Park.

Only one of the three elevators worked the entire time -none had been working prior to our arrival. Required long wait times. Condo itself was immaculate. Host was wonderful. Chair guys on the beach were super helpful. The description for this condo needs to be updated. The description says that it sleeps seven. There were five of us, and one of them had to sleep on the couch, which does not make out into a bed, but has a lounger on one end. It was barely big enough for our five-year-old grandson. This condo sleeps two in the king size primary suite and two in the guest bedroom —that is four. It should not say it sleep seven and it should not even say it sleeps five.

Let me start with the good and I’ll sprinkle in some not so good
 The rental itself was incredible! Clean, spacious, and absolutely y wonderful. Had everything we needed and it’s absolutely as pictured. The property managers are incredible and super responsive if you reach out to them. Hands down one of the nicer rentals we have stayed at. We overheard others in the building who were renting through other people that theirs were not nice so we are super thankful this one was taken care of. Some things that are out of the property managers control that you should know that might impact your time are as follows.. only two issues we had and one might not impact you at all. The building itself uses a packing garage underneath the rentals and it has a 7’ max height. We have a SUV with a roof rack and had cargo up top and had to taken it all down when we arrive in order to access parking. So if you have something like that or your vehicle is lifted it will impact you. The worse part of our stay which has nothing to do with the rental owner is the elevators in the building. You will have to wait a very long time to use them to go up and down especially in the morning and afternoons. 40min to 2 hours waiting on an elevator is crazy. We ended up using the stairs most of the trip and with two small kids and a bunch of stuff made it miserable. Hopefully this will be fixed and addressed but it’s mainly the design of the building.

Fantastic Beachfront Location

Excellent condo - well appointed in every way! Great beach area that is not as crowded as other condo beachfront areas. Chair service was a nice benefit of the unit as well! We enjoyed the activities nearby (mini-golf, go-karts, Pier Park, restaurants, etc). Highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a beachfront condo in PCB!

Amazing condo!

Went for some family time, a birthday and a gender reveal! It was amazing! Everything was just as pictured and more! Beds were comfy, condo was very clean and stocked. Even the hide a bed in the living room was comfy! Balcony was AMAZING! Great views and very big!! Walking distance from great food options, fun activities and coffee! Spoke to the host before our visit and she is also great!! We highly recommend!

Beautiful inside and out!

This condo is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The porch looks out on the beach and is the perfect place for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The kitchen is well equipped, but does not have basics such salt and pepper, oil, foil, so plan to bring your own or purchase upon arrival.Owner and resort staff all very accommodating and friendly.

Panama City Beach Perfect Condo

First time vacationing in Panama City Beach. Loved the location and the condo. My family really enjoyed our stay here. Close to beach, clean property, comfortable master bed, many activities nearby, and complimentary beach chairs were very nice considering they usually cost $50/day to rent. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Ocean Reef Beach Trip - 5/2023

Our stay at Ocean Reef 707 was wonderful. We were met with a friendly Security Guard that gave us all of the instructions for unloading our car. Upon entry into the condo, we discovered that it was exactly as stated. It was fully furnished with everything that we needed (except a tea pitcher). The little extras such as laundry soap, paper towels, hand soaps, etc were a nice surprise. The balcony had great furniture where we were able to eat breakfast in the morning and play cards in the evening. For full disclosure, the carpet will need to be replaced after the busy summer season for sure and the master bed was a bit high for us vertically challenged individuals. We also love the location of Ocean Reef at PCB. We were able to walk to restaurants, mini-golf, donuts, and shopping. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this condo to others.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed staying at this condo very much. It is very spacious with more than enough seating spots to relax. All furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. The view from the huge balcony is amazing, the walk to the beach was very short, and the beach was very uncrowded, unlike other beach areas nearby. Only one time did we have to wait several minutes on an elevator - otherwise there was almost no wait. The staff members were very kind and kept watch over who comes and goes to ensure only Ocean Reef guests use their facilities. We would definitely stay here again!

Great little getaway!

We enjoyed the Preutt's condo at PCB! When we arrived, the space was clean and welcoming! We had a slight problem with the air conditioning but Tad and Krystal took care of it! They were great to work with us, and I wish we had HVAC service like that here at home!

Great condo for a quick get away for spring break. Didn't have to work about spring breakers being there and rowdy. Maybe we got lucky. Would stay in the condo and or Ocean Reef again.

Clean and up to date. King bed was incredibly comfortable. We had a wonderful stay! My only suggestion would be to make the primary bath a bit more accessible for us older folk ... Hard to get in and out of the tub shower without anything to hold on to.
