Lovely location and amenities. A couple of suggestions: please have extra trash bags, towels and wash cloths, and pillowcases.

Memorial weekend stay 2023

Overall condo was as expected. Clean, updated, and easy access and check-in. Minor issue is the quality of the paper products supplied by the condo is very substandard. Spend a few extra cents on quality paper products.

Colonnade Condo Review

Condo was modern with new kitchen fixtures and updated bathrooms. The den was large enough for a family of 4 to sit comfortably together. Televisions were in the main room and both bedrooms. Very nice pool and beach is walkable, although we rode our bikes. There is not a grill on the property and no beach chairs or umbrellas available.

Steven, you are correct, there are no keys for this condo, only codes, it makes it more convenient for the guests. I checked the phone call records and you called us the second day you were here and we got a plumber out that day. We never had any calls on the first day you were here. The plumber fixed the hot water heater that day, an element had gone bad. We responded quickly and got the issue resolved that day. We appreciate the feed back. Very nice.

Good location, nice pool, nice layout of condo. Only complaint is that the A/C unit is not sized big enough to keep up with the summer heat and humidity. So, condo was a bit too warm and humid at times. In defense, it was extremely hot and humid conditions outside. But, I don't think this is all that unusual on HHI.

Overall, we had a nice visit and the condo itself was perfect for our needs. However, one aspect of this rental was very frustrating. The listing description is misleading regarding the bike rentals included amenity. The wording strongly implies that bike rentals were fully included with the rental cost, when in reality only a partial credit is provided that does not cover the full rental of the bikes. When we contacted owner to point this out, his response was dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the misleading wording, we were simply told to reread the description and agreement. This was insulting. The title on the listing says..word for word: "New Property! Updated Luxury Golf View Condo Beach gear & bike rentals included". And then in the description doubles down on this misleading advertising: "Your reservation includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay." It should say "includes credit towards...". Not until the last paragraph does it mention word credit, and even THAT sentence is misleading: "you’ll receive complimentary bike rentals and beach gear credit". Reads like the bike rentals are complimentary and there is also a beach gear credit. This wording, coupled with response from owner, leads us to believe this is intentional false advertising.  To add insult to injury,  the "VayK Life" bike rental experience was frustrating - I online ordered Thurs pm prior to arrival(fri), but did not get bikes until Sat pm. Should have been am.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was superb in that it had a private path to the beach.

The property was spacious and very nice. The master shower was the most amazing shower I’ve ever used. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful week!

My family & I thoroughly enjoyed our week in Colonnade/Hilton Head. Our condo was very clean, and we had plenty of room for 5 adults to be comfortable in a beautiful setting. We very much appreciated the peaceful setting and quiet surroudnings -made for a very relaxing getaway

Perfect Spring Break!

The condo was very well maintained and clean. It was just steps from the pool and hot tub and a short walk and bike ride to the beach. The Shipyard plantation was gorgeous and located so close to many restaurants! We love HHI and this was by far our favorite place we have stayed!

Great Getaway

The property was clean and was just as presented online. It had a nice, paved path directly to the beach. The pools were beautiful, but too cold for our family to enjoy this time of year. I am glad I read the reviews of this property before we booked it so I would know to take my own hair dryer. They do not have one so take yours!!

Great relaxing vacation

Had a great time in the quiet and very clean condo. Perfect location close to shopping or the beach. Plenty of places to explore. Could have used a map of the complex but we were able to find our way around after a couple of days.

the property manager was unprofessional. and a very poor communicator

Lovely condo and location. A couple of things that need fixed - no hair dryer and it says it does have one. There was a moldy smell when u walk in we bought air freshners which helped. Recommend taking carpet out.

HHI family vacation

The condo was just as described. The property was clean. No issues with TVs/internet. Great location. Could have used more wash clothes so we wouldn’t have to wash them everyday. Pillows lacked support. But these two things were minor. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, Clean Condo

This is our 3rd time staying in Shipyard and the best property this far. Condo recently redone. Quality furniture, bedding and kitchen supplies. Nicely decorated to provide a beach, vacation theme. Short walk to the beach. Will stay here again.
