Cuisine au premier étage récemment rénovée, salon, suite parentale et salles de bains en 2017. Parfait pour la famille multi-générationnelle. Grande île peut accueillir quatre personnes avec une table de salle à manger pouvant accueillir huit personnes. La grande chambre à l'étage principal avec une salle de bains privative adaptée aux personnes handicapées est parfaite pour ceux qui peuvent avoir besoin d'aide. Rouler ou marcher dans la douche avec barres pour handicapés à la fois dans la douche et les toilettes. Tous les nouveaux appareils et meubles de salon. Projeté dans le porche arrière qui est à distance de vue de la piscine. L'unité vient avec un casier de plage et deux vélos gardés à l'unité.
Deux grandes chambres d'hôtes sont situées au deuxième étage. Une chambre a un lit queen, lit bébé et rocker. C'est super pour la jeune famille. La deuxième chambre a trois lits jumeaux avec un lit pliant. Les deux chambres ont leur propre salle de bain privée. Un grand détail a été donné pour fournir tout ce dont les familles et les couples ont besoin. Des jouets pour enfants, une chaise haute et des jeux sont disponibles, ainsi que des jouets de plage.
La buanderie est située à côté de la salle de petit-déjeuner. Le salon a une grande télévision à écran plat et un DVD avec un canapé-lit. La salle de puissance est à côté du salon. Chacune des trois chambres est également équipée d'une télévision et d'un câble. Internet haute vitesse sans fil fonctionne bien dans toute la maison.
Tennismaster est dans un excellent emplacement à l'intérieur de la plantation de chantier naval fermée. Marcher jusqu'à la plage est à environ 8-10 minutes. Ou un trajet de deux minutes en navette estivale. Marchez ou faites du vélo sur les pistes cyclables sûres et ombragées. Nous le CASIER DE PLAGE, vous pouvez utiliser les chaises et l'équipement de plage fournis ou stocker vos propres articles. Le casier est rempli de chaises de plage, de parasols, de planches de bodyboard et de jouets de sable. Les vélos sont situés à l'unité dans le hangar de stockage avant.
Les célèbres courts de tennis Van De Meer sont juste à côté des villas Tennismaster. La grande piscine est pratiquement à l'extérieur avec une aire de pique-nique ombragée. Notre piscine n'est jamais bondée comme les autres du chantier naval. La belle plage de Hilton Head et la nouvelle maison de plage Shipyard sont à une courte distance de marche. Le chantier naval possède certaines des pistes cyclables les plus belles et les plus sûres de l'île Hilton Head. Pour les amoureux de la nature de tous âges, les lagunes du chantier naval offrent la pêche et une abondance d'observation de la vie sauvage. En outre, la villa dispose d'une grande pelouse arrière pour que les enfants puissent jouer à des jeux en plein air. Nous avons un certain nombre de jeux que les enfants peuvent utiliser comme le croquet, le catch, le football, etc. De nombreux restaurants et magasins sont tous à proximité car le chantier naval est situé au milieu de l'île.

A very well equipped unit - had everything we needed and more. Very much enjoy the renovated units in TennisMaster like this one with the kitchen open to the rest of the first floor. While some minor touch up/repairs are needed (standard rental wear and tear), this ranks as our top unit so far in TennisMaster.

There was no beach view, but it was easily accessible. We had two youngsters with us and they enjoyed the stay as well. This was a very quiet area, which we really appreciated. There was plenty of room for all of us (6 total).Food area worked well (refrigerator, stove, etc.). Beds and bedrooms were very comfortable.This was well-located in terms of where we were on the island. Short drives to places we wanted to go: another beach, shops, restaurants, play-lands for the kids.

Best holiday
We had the best holiday at this property, it’s close to everything, the beach is just down the road and perfect for spending a day with kids. The pool is essentially in the backyard of the house, and the owner Bonnie was easily reachable and professional. We can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful home equipped for families with children of all age ranges. Clean and well maintained property. Easy walk to the beach even with a two and four year old. Beach locker is very convenient and useful for storing items that you don’t want to get sandy at the beach. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Perfect calm and comfortable vacation!
I would return to this vacation location every year if I could! We rented bikes, hung out in the pool, lazed on the beach, road bikes into town, took a lot of long walks down the trails, and enjoyed every minute of it! I have never encountered having a locker at the beach before, but it is wonderful to have all beach chairs and umbrellas so close to the beach and not having to lug them around. The owner was really easy to talk with. I highly recommend this VRBO!

Perfect getaway
Beautiful property! Very close to a quiet and clean pool and a very short (under 10 minutes) to the gorgeous beach. We were also able to easily bike to restaurants, a grocery store, and many quaint shops. We were able as a family of 15 to rent 3 condos in the same area which made things like family dinners and visiting very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Just like home
This property is everything you could want. The decor is lovely and up to date. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathrooms are newly updated and the location is perfect if you like to walk to the beach(5 min) or to Coligny Plaza (about 1.5 miles).
We found it to be very comfortable and home-like.

Very clean townhome in quiet area of shipyard
604 Tennismaster is a wonderful unit in a great area. Very clean unit and owner took care of the one issue that we had instantly. Unit came with 2 good bikes and a nice beach locker well equiped with beach chairs, boards and toys for kids. Would rent again if this unit is available the next time we are in HHI.

Perfect for multiple ages!
Lovely updated accommodations! Perfect layout for our family of 6 (with teens & tweens) and grandparents for the week. A walk to the beach was less than 10min and when I needed to drive Grandma there was always close parking with the beach pass. Pool was right there and it was a great size and in good condition. My son had to sleep on the sofa bed so he didn't have a room to himself, but he wasn't stressed because there was always somewhere he could go to be alone when he needed it. We had no problems checking in and it was easy to contact the manager if we had a question. Thank you so much!!!

Peaceful retreat!
This was our first visit to Hilton Head, and we loved it. The location of the home is perfect; the neighborhood is quiet, pretty, and peaceful. It was easy to get to other locations on the island (we went to Sea Pines for dinner and sunset and to Branch Creek for a dolphin cruise). There are countless great restaurants—low-country food was fun. We enjoyed the stroll to the beach on the tree-lined path. The kids brought their scooters, which worked perfectly. The beach locker with chairs, toys, and boogie boards is a win. The house and kitchen are well-equipped, clean, and fresh. I appreciated the starter supplies of soap etc and the many spices. We lacked nothing. We enjoyed the great collection of movies and worked on a puzzle all week. It was a great stay for us, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

The owner is very responsive to correcting any problems and is very accomodating. The unit needs some updating, which is going to be done this year, I understand. The unit is close to the beach and included two bikes. The beach locker is well stocked. There is a crib and kids furniture. There are three bedrooms, with one bedroom having three twin beds. The master on the first floor has a king size bed. The second bedroom upstairs has queen. TV's in every room.

Yes, we are looking to put hardwood grain tile on the first floor living, dining, kitchen, powder and master bedroom. We feel that this will greatly enhance the ability to keep the sandy beach out of the house ;)

Location great, condo ok
We had issues with the condo and the owner did address issues in a timely manner. The master bath shower was beautiful BUT having the water run onto the floor under the shower door was a pain having to clean up after each shower. Putting a towel to "block" the shower door simply did not work. The furniture is old and needs replacing. The kitchen is small and needs to be equipped with newer pots, pans and kitchen utensils.
We did enjoy the screened in back porch, beds were comfortable and the location was perfect.
Overall, we didn't spend a lot of time in the condo but had a glorious week visiting places and the beach.

Extra roomy and affordable
We consisted of 2 adults and 8 children(6 of those being teenagers and all of them being girls). This trip was to celebrate my oldest daughter's graduation and one of our other daughters 9th birthday. We stayed 9 nights and enjoyed everything about our trip. The parking pass offered was a nice extra but we never used it since the walk to the beach was so close. The locker at the beach was great and stocked chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and boogie boards. There was plenty of room for everyone inside the unit and the pool being right outside the back door was great. I recommend anyone traveling to Hilton Head to explore the many beaches as they all offer unique experiences. Mitchellville Beach is my favorite for the sightseeing and natural habitat experience. We did have some maintenance issues that were unavoidable but we're taken care of promptly! The owner was a joy to work with and I would highly recommend this unit. We are looking forward to renting this unit again in the near future.

Perfect for our needs
Our family traveled to Hilton Head for a family wedding. There were 7 of us, including my husband and I, our 2 adult sons, daughter, son-in-law, and 2 year old granddaughter. I am disabled. The first floor master suite was well-designed, including a grab bar by the toilet, large shower with grab bar and no step-up, and two sinks. And the bed was comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms each had their own bathroom. One room had a queen bed with rocker and pack and play crib, and the other had 3 twin beds, allowing our adult sons to have plenty of room. The living area worked well: kitchen has been updated nicely and we had everything we needed there—though I didn’t cook much, everything we needed was there. There was plenty of seating in the living area and I really appreciated that there were multiple types of chair options—a comfortable seat can be difficult to find for a handicapped person. The location was great. I walk with two crutches, yet I was able to make the approximately half mile walk to the beach on the paved pathways. I truly appreciated the detailed instructions/information packet. I did have a couple of additional questions and got prompt replies.

Great for multiple kids and teenagers
Back to school trip with 4 kids 12-15. Finding a place to stay is always the hardest with kids. Kids had the entire upstairs to themselves which consisted of 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Perfection. Beds were 3 twins in one and a queen, tv and crib in the other. Rooms were large so they had plenty of space and balconies for each. Plenty of seating downstairs with living room, dining room and kitchen. Downstairs master was perfect for our own space.
Either take bikes or rent them. Pedal bike rental was great and affordable. Kids had a blast biking to Coligny or wherever their hearts desired. Bike paths were in beautiful shape all over the island. Gated community with 24 hour guard. Felt very safe letting our kids roam. Maybe 8 minute walk to the beach. You get a parking pass if you prefer to drive which was very handy. Beach locker was easy to find and very useful.
For the golfers, Shipyard offers family fun at 4pm at discounted rates. Rental clubs were brand new Callaways. Course was in great shape and fun to play.
Kids already want to go back and we would definitely stay here again.
The host, Bonnie, was great. Made sure we had everything we needed and was pretty quick to reply with any questions.

Love the times we can get away with parents, friends and family and all stay at the same place. Large family area and private bed and bath with lots of storage. Grandparents stay in easy access master on main. Parents can stay in queen with baby crib if needed. Kids and friends can all stay in twin room with roll out cots available.

Unit comes with a beach locker stocked with all things sandy, screened in back porch that walks out to large quite pool. Crib, high chair, bed rails, toys and games, and large DVD library all make this the perfect multi-generational family getaway. Master bathroom is a great handicap-friendly solution with grab bars both in the shower and toilet area. Roll or step in shower provides easy access.
