One of the closest to the beach and one of the most luxurious Evian condos you will ever want to vacation in. Decorator furnished, granite counters, updated tile baths, new floors and on the second floor with high vaulted ceilings, 254 Evian has the best views and location you would ever want. Master bedroom has king size bed and guest room has two twins with fold out couch in the living room. The outdoor deck has one of the best views on the entire island, a covered veranda where you can relax and watch the golfers got thru. Condo comfortably sleeps six people. Community swimming pool and free tennis courts included with the rental. Free wifi and two car passes included. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. Beautiful place!

We had a wonderful time at this place! Very clean and comfy. Loved riding our bikes to the beach and it was a super short trip. It was such a beautiful place to ride bikes and all the animals. Loved sitting on the patio watching the gators, deer, ducks, and golfers.

Wonderful property in a great location. Easy access to the beach with a short walk. Accommodations were large and comfortable and very clean. Especially enjoyed the deck overlooking the golf course. Great place for people watching and morning coffee.

Great Location in Shipyard

Beautifully updated unit with shaded balcony and unobstructed view of golf course and lagoon. Two minutes walk to tennis/pickleball courts and swimming pool, easy access to beach club. Highly recommended.

What a great place!

We had a great time in this rental! So much room to spread out. Loved that it was a second floor unit. So nice to have a deck to watch the gators or golfers. Beds were comfortable as was the living room. (Buy Keurig pods, not coffee grounds!). This unit is close to everything. Lovely beach where you can rent chairs and an umbrella. The pool was on the smaller side but still lovely. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Good experience

First trip out to the island. Was pleased with the property. Didn’t love the fact that we had to go to another property for check in instructions. I feel like all of the information we received could have been sent to me in an email and avoided this but not the end of the world. Condo was in a great location on a beautiful golf course. If you like to ride bikes this place is perfect! I would stay here again

Great Condo

First let me say that the unit was exactly as described in the listing and the photos match the beautiful furnishings and natural surroundings. The layout and furnishings of the unit was very inviting, relaxing, and comfortable. We immediately relaxed once we walked into the living room. We slept very well each night. :) We selected this unit for the view over the golf course and with the hopeful anticipation that it would be a quiet home where we could relax and decompress from our busy lives. We were not disappointed! 🙂 Each day we enjoyed our morning coffee out on the deck and took in the beautiful views of the water, golf course, and, of course, the incredible wildlife around us. We were very fortunate to see a paddling alligator in the water below our unit as well as a pair of beautiful hawks. Most mornings we also saw a family of deer grazing on the golf course. In fact, one night when we returned home to the condo, the same deer family was grazing just outside our front door! We cannot recommend this condo highly enough and we are already planning a return trip.

Great place and great owners!

We really enjoyed our stay at 254 Evian. The condo is updated and very cozy. The owners were in town and came and checked on us and they were very nice people that cared about whether or not everything was to our liking. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and property

We have stayed at 4 different Evian properties in past stays. This is one was the best. Very clean, updated and well stocked with supplies in kitchen, etc. It is an upstairs unit, but we didn't mind. Actually liked that since we had little ones and it is close to a water area on the golf course. Would highly recommend. Also, all Evian properties are a quick bike ride to the beach and this condo is on the end closest to the beach. You can use beach pass for car as well. Love Evian location for beach and pool on property.

Great Vacation Home!

The description and photos are completely accurate. The unit was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms looked identical to the photos down to the towels folded on the beds. Shipyard is a smaller plantation so you do not have the traffic other larger plantations have. The only downside was that we did not spend two weeks in the unit, fantastic.

Great Place for Our Family

The place was exactly as described and in photos. It was super comfortable and we settled in very easily! Loved watching golf on the 9th hole adjacent to property. We had previously stayed in Palmetto Dunes area, but loved Shipyard and the villa.

Great anniversary trip!

My husband and I loved our stay in Evian! Everything was super neat/clean and the property was even nicer than we anticipated. The pictures are nice, but they truly don't do justice to how nice this property is in person. Our only complaint --and this is super minor -- was that the paper products (paper towels & toilet paper) were super cheap and low quality, especially compared to how nice everything else was. Overall, we loved this property and would be excited to stay here again in the future!

Perfect Location

The property at Shipyard was lovely. It provided a perfect location with a 10 minute bike ride to the beach and 5 minute ride to the pool. The property was clean with all the kitchen amenities and great space should you choose to prepare eat in meals. Although you wont need to because there are a great many food options literally right around the corner. This end unit also has a nice deck for alligator sightings in the lagoon. All in all a great choice.

Summer vacation

We love Shipyard. This unit is set up with every amenity we needed for the week. We cook a lot and this kitchen was extremely well equipped for us. Biking to the beach was quick.
