The property is equipped with electronic key pad door locks. Your code will be sent to you on the morning of your Check-In date. Additionally, a property information booklet will be included with your door code. This booklet contains all the relevant property information, like WiFi Network names & password as well as house rules and check out procedures. The Neighborhood:

Horseshoe Bay is an amazing community located in the Texas hill country and is about 1 hour from Austin, 2.5 hours from Houston and 3 hours from Dallas. One of the highlights is certainly Lake LBJ, as it is one of only 2 constant level lakes in the area. But Horseshoe Bay, has so much more to offer. There are over 8 golf courses within 15 miles. Fredricksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings. Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has alot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life.

Getting Around:

A car is required to getting around Horseshoe Bay.

Other Things to Note:

The Horseshoe Bay Resort and their amenities are not included with renting this property. You will not be able to use any of the resort facilities unless you are a member or guest of a member.
