This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is elegantly furnished and well equipped to provide you and your family with comfort and a well-deserved vacation to be enjoyed in style.
The pool overlooks the stunning lake and is fully enclosed to keep everything fresh and clean inside the pool area. There is a comfortable poolside seating area with a retractable awning to allow for al-fresco dining and shading from the notorious Sunshine State sun! You can also enjoy atmospheric and tranquil evenings with pool and outdoor lighting to chill out and enjoy the views. Please do feel free to book pool heating as an optional extra if so desired and as the season may require.

The family room and dining room is furnished with a modern and classy design to give you ultimate luxury and comfort during your stay. There is modern white tiling throughout the main living area and kitchen downstairs. You will enjoy the TV with cable package and DVD player to relax and unwind after your entertainment packed days at the theme parks.
The open plan living space gives you easy family food service to the dining area, family room and pool area. The kitchen is equipped with all you will need for your self-catering needs.
The downstairs master bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed and is directly accessible to your private pool area. Your en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and dual sinks.
Upstairs, you have a cozy loft seating area down the hall from the other two bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. Both share a convenient bathroom.
The villa is located less than 30 minutes from downtown Orlando and even closer to all the world-renowned attractions. We're excited to host your stay in this spectacular villa.

We are the property managers, as well as the host for your stay. Rest assured, you will be well looked after from booking to leaving after a well enjoyed vacation. Access to the home is 24/7. You will be provided with a unique access code that will only be provided to you for your stay.

If you fancy a warm dip in the pool, please inquire about our rates to heat the pool as an optional extra. We're happy to discuss how you'll benefit from the heated pool and whether it is recommended for the time of year you are staying.

Family holiday

Very clean and also easy check in so was very impressed overall and will definitely be back in the future. Would very much recommend if your coming for theme parks as was only about 25 mins drive away.

Excellent location, beautiful house

We traveled with our family to be together and go to the theme parks. Great grandparents, grandparents, adult kids and 1st grandchild and this house was perfect. Clean, spacious, and the kitchen had everything you needed! In fact, we liked it so much we decided to extend our stay after some of the family headed back home. HIghly recommend and will stay here again.

Beautiful home and pool! This site has ALL the amenities. Kitchen was excellently stocked to prepare meals. Great experience! Would definetely stay here again and recommend to others.

We had a wonderful experience! Having a daughter that still believes in Santa -the family left a Christmas tree for us so Santa would know where to leave presents….such sweet memories were made!!

Excellent in every way

House was as advertised and was spacious , clean and had everything you needed. Hosts were responsive and the check in and out process was seamless. The view at the back over the lake is beautiful , the area is quiet and peaceful . Good variety of shops and eating places , just 5 min walk away . I will stay again when I come back on business.

Great home

We went with 6 teenagers to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. They really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Property management was very responsive and helpful. Easy check inn and out. Visited a couple Disney parks and the drive was short. The house was very close to the main road, so easy to get whatever we need.

We loved our stay!

We loved this property! Overall it was great, we truly enjoyed our stay. However there were some small ants around in the house - kitchen/dining area and the pool was sort of dirty. We had unexpected visits from the pool cleaner later in the week along with a fire inspection… Not a huge deal but something to know about. Overall though I do recommend booking!

Great overall stay. House was clean! All appliances worked. Water was hot (downstairs bathroom hot and cold are reversed)! Pool was refeshing! Check in and check out was seemless! Great property!

WONDERFUL!

We were in town for our daughter's cheer competition. This place was perfect to come home to and relax after a long day of cheer. The pool with the view of the pond was amazing (highly recommend paying the extra for the heated pool-made for wonderful night swims). The neighborhood was quiet. It's also conveniently located near stores and the highway. We will definitely be back!

Checks all the boxes!

This home is in a great location if you’re traveling for youth sports, with a tournament at the Austin Tindall Sports Complex. Almost all of the appliances are brand new and every single one of them works perfectly. There’s plenty of space for a family of four to spread out and sleep comfortably. Seats available for 12 people to share a meal between the kitchen table and the dining room table. The pond in the back yard is fishable and has bass in it. The pool is clean and heatable. Be sure to ask for the additional feature to heat the pool in the cooler months. The bathrooms are clean and functional, but just a bit dated. Additionally, having access to the garage was a huge benefit for this sports family. We were able to lay out wet uniforms to dry for the next day of the tournament

November Stay

Right when we got in there was a weird screeching noice from utility room upstairs. It would come on periodically throughout the day. We went to check the beds and they were cheap hard and thin mattress like something you would get for $49.99 at a job lots. There was little to no light in any of the rooms. The bathrooms were ok with better lighting than everything else in the house. That being said toilets were low and uncomfortable as they were in tight spots. None of the bathroom outlets worked so my wife had to use the hairdryer in the bedroom. On top of that the bathroom vent in the upstairs bathroom with a shower didn’t work so if I showered upstairs I had to keep the bathroom door open. Once we got read to go to sleep it got very hot almost as if the AC would turn off. Half the nights I woke up sweating. When I went to find the AC controls they were nowhere to be found. We did not spend much time at the house so I am not sure about the pool or kitchen.

Great for Teens!

We brought our 14yo daughters and their friends for spring break. They loved the Loft area for their own space. The house is very clean on the inside. The pool heater worked great! The view of the little lake/pond was wonderful we even enjoyed watching the ducks. The only negative I would say is that the pool area could use a good pressure washing. But that didn’t stop us from hanging out by the pool all day. Shaun was an amazing host.
