Experience Nashville in this new modern home with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 7 beds, Bonus Room, and Rooftop. You`ll be just 5 minutes away from Broadway and Nashville`s Downtown core, where you`ll discover all the best attractions in Music City! This brand-new home has it all and is beautifully decorated with designer finishes. You`ll enjoy a beautiful large open floor plan living and dining space, and a complete kitchen. The rooftop includes a FIREPLACE! STRP#2021011741

Bed Layout: Downstairs Two Bedrooms with King Beds, Primary Bedroom upstairs with King Bed and ensuite bath, Two additional Upstairs Bedrooms with King Beds, Sleeper Sectional in the bonus room and Queen Sleeper Sofa in Downstairs Living Room.

Credit Card Processing Fees are non-refundable.


Guests have access to the entire private home and attached two car garage. There is a smart lock with unique code for each stay, as well as security system and entry cameras.

Your host is available by phone via text throughout your stay.
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM CST unless early check-in is reserved
• Check-out is 10AM CST
• No parties or events.
• Residential Neighborhood with Street Parking.

•No firearms or weapons allowed on the property unless guest provides documentation that they are law enforcement.
•No visitors, only registered guests allowed on the property regardless of staying overnight or not.
•Furniture must be left in original position, no rearranging or moving of furnishings.
•We highly recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy to cover unexpected circumstances.

84th Birthday Celebration

The house was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. We had 9 adult family members (originally was going to be 11) celebrating my mothers 84th birthday. There was plenty of room for everyone. The location was very close to downtown. We were able to walk to a few places and downtown was a very quick Uber ride. Everyone had a great time and commented on how the house was so accommodating. Check-in and out was very easy! The host was available by text at all times for all questions and answered back quickly. Highly recommend!!!

We were very disappointed with our stay at this property. The listing claimed that major attractions were only “3 minutes away,” but actual drive times were much longer, closer to 8–13 minutes. This was misleading and gave us false expectations about the convenience of the location.The neighborhood itself felt unsafe, with abandoned homes, container housing, and visible neglect. None of this was disclosed in the listing, and it created an environment that did not match the impression given online.Inside the home, the second‑floor air conditioning did not work during extreme heat. Despite reporting the issue, we received no meaningful response or resolution during our stay.Overall, the property description was inaccurate, the location was misrepresented, and the host did not provide adequate support when problems arose. Families rely on honest listings to make safe choices, and this experience left us feeling misled and unprotected.

Came to celebrate 50th Birthday with a group of 5 couples. Place was amazing and everyone had their own bedroom. The place was very clean and well decorated. All the comforts of home and only 2 miles from downtown. Will definitely be staying again!!

Perfect house

We were five couples and this house was perfect. There was lots of room, the beds were all comfortable and the house was clean. The location was great as it was just a short Uber ride to Broadway. The owner was also very accommodating when we asked for a later checkout. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home with easy downtown access...

This property is well maintained and in beautiful condition. Location was easy to get to and from downtown. The kitchen was well stocked with the very minor exception of the children size silverware :). We will definitely be returning to this property in the future. Great size for a family and/or friends with enough space for everyone to spread out if needed. Only one negative would be the need for additional towels which can be easily remedied. Excellent property!
