Close to Broadway, walkable in less-than-95 degree weather (uber is very convenient). Somewhat noisy. River view is amazing! Would have liked to have the ledge in place on the balcony to rest coffee cups (as displayed in the photos), but otherwise fine. Nashville is fun and this unit was conveniently close to the action, and just far away enough to not have traffic bother you. Enjoyable stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at your cozy condo. It was very well appointed and stocked with everything we needed. And the view of the Cumberland River was a real highlight! We just have one small suggestion, to add handicap bars to the bathrooms near the low toilets for easier ups and downs for older people like us!

Location was excellent. Easy to park and use uber while there. Easy communication with host. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed for meals/snacks. Bathtub in master was peeling and a little slick. Floors in all the rooms were a bit dirty (my feet were dirty after walking barefoot through the condo). All in all, it was a great place to stay with friends and do things in Nashville. The pool on the property was nice. It overlooks the river!

Very clean, adorable decorations, easy access to the unit, centrally located. If you are looking for a nice unit within walking distance to downtown area, this is perfect for you. We took an uber downtown but walked back to the unit. Great place to stay!

The location is a pretty short distance to Broadway. We felt very safe and enjoyed the short stroll to live music, shopping and restaurants. The Riverfront condos are centrally locaed . 7 miles North of Broadway on the Cumberland River in New Germantown. Its location allows you to visit and enjoy the hustle and bustle of broadway, without sleeping in the area. The condo river views allows guests to sit on the balcony or in the living room and watch the River traffic go by. Its central location is walking distance to several great restaurants around Germantown.
