Welcome to Mediterranea 204B, a two bedroom, two and a half bath condo in Miramar Beach, Florida. This charming condo is in an ideal location for your next beach getaway with comfortable accommodations for up to six people, making it a great choice for your next group getaway with friends or family.

Enjoy the comforts of your own home during your beach vacation. Sit back and relax in your cozy living room with a flat-screen TV. Prepare meals in your full, well-equipped kitchen, then gather around the dining table to savor and enjoy. This condo also offers free wireless internet and a washer and dryer for you to take advantage of. Each of the two bedrooms comes with a full, private bathroom, and a half bathroom can be found in the hallway of your Mediterranea vacation rental.

Take a short walk across the street to the beach and spend your days catching some rays while lying on the sand. Wade in the mild, salty water of the Gulf of Mexico. Mediterranea in Destin offers a variety of exciting amenities for you to enjoy, including a community pool with a large sun deck and a community hot tub. Very nice property that was convenient and easily accessible to the beach. We wished we had been informed before our arrival that the washing machine was not working. We found out by a note on the machine upon arriving.

We had an amazing time. Property was clean, furnishings we're up to date, plentiful towels and ultta soft linens. Location was ideal steps from beach and easy walk to several restaurants. Only glitch was broken toaster and never did get code for pedestrian gates to beach. Even after several requests. Would definitely return.

We had a great stay at this condo. We usually stay at another unit but it was booked. We would stay here again. The furnishings were new and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. It is a great condo. Well cared for. The check in and check out was easy. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Disappointed

Rented this condo for the fabulous location…the only part of the condo that did not disappoint. I’ve stayed at the Mediterranean multiple times without complaint. Towels were like sandpaper. Management suggested we buy our own and would be reimbursed, which hasn’t happened. Two bathrooms had roaches. I was told pest control would come but that didn’t happen either. The condo was bare essentials. Furniture not particularly comfortable and no real chair to sit in other than an iron and woven chair that was more of an uncomfortable dining chair than the one pictured. I strongly suggest anyone reconsider about renting this particular unit.
