Bienvenue à Beach Resort, condo 313, situé à Miramar Beach. Ce condo d'une chambre avec salle de couchette séparée et deux salles de bains se trouve à quelques pas d'une belle plage privée et eaux vert émeraude. Le condo peut accueillir confortablement quatre à six personnes et offre une vue sur le golfe et une belle piscine avec une infinité de pointe et une fontaine de champignons qui coule. Professionnellement décoré, l'unité dispose d'une chambre principale king size avec un 36 "TV et lecteur DVD, une chambre séparée avec lits superposés sur mesure avec télévision à écran plat pour chaque lit, un canapé-lit dans le salon, et top flambant neuf équipements incluant 47 "1080p TV haute définition, lecteur DVD, appareils de cuisine en acier inoxydable, laveuse et sécheuse et des chambres joliment décorées.

Le complexe Beach Resort propose une piscine chauffée, une rareté dans Destin. Il est également l'une des plus grandes piscines de Destin, avec deux zones connectées pour tous les âges. Il y a aussi un bain à remous séparé situé dans une oasis magnifiquement paysagé. Grills et les toilettes sont bien situés dans la zone cabana à proximité. Grands restaurants tels que le capitaine Dave, Pompano Joe et Kenny D's sont à une courte distance à pied du complexe, avec de nombreuses options de divertissement à proximité.

accès à la plage Deeded est à quelques pas de 200-300 yards à l'est du complexe. Un parasol et deux chaises violation des chaises sont inclus dans la location à partir de Mars à Octobre. Un lieu de prédilection pour tout le monde, la piscine est 1 chauffée Septembre à, la semaine de Thanksgiving, la semaine de Noël 23 Octobre et le 1er Janvier au 10 Avril.

Beach Resort est dans un emplacement centralisé loin de la zone occupée de la plage, mais accessible à des achats merveilleux et de divertissement. Great Condo

Another great stay at the Beach Resort and this unit was perfect. Very clean, well stocked with everything we needed. Location is perfect, easy walk to the beach. The pool and outdoor space is perfect for families and the main reason we keep coming back to this resort.

We have been enjoying Ft. Walton and Destin since we were teenagers in South Alabama. The white sand, emerald waters, and sound of the waves are incredible. After graduating from college and later living in the Northeast, we returned to Alabama knowing we would one day own property in Destin. We bought our first condo at Beach Resort several years ago and have now added a second one. We love the small complex of 64 units, the tropical landscaping, beautiful gulf waters and white sand, and the privacy from the crowds and high risers.
