This light-filled condo, nestled in the heart of Marco Island, offers you the tranquility of rustling palms, the invigorating scent of Gulf breezes, and the timeless charm of the island. This bright, breezy condo is the perfect sanctuary to return to after days filled with fishing, boating, and basking on the soft white sands of Tigertail Beach.

Step inside to discover a living space that has been thoughtfully renovated for your comfort. The tile floors, new windows, sliding doors, and a kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances create a welcoming atmosphere. The dining space with a glass-top table and a comfortable living room with a TV are perfect for relaxing, and the spacious, screened-in balcony with plush furniture and peeks of Collier Bay through the palms is an ideal spot for unwinding. The primary bedroom also offers direct access to the balcony. Other excellent amenities include central air conditioning and free WiFi throughout the condo, a TV in each of the bedrooms (and a Blu-ray in the primary), and beautiful on-site facilities such as a large heated pool with a spa and a sundeck.

Extremely loud neighbors

This is a condo property. The condo adjacent had 16-20 people. They played loud music all day and night, screaming and yelling. We were instructed to call the police, they came three times and threatened to evict the people. The morning they left the housekeepers told us the stove, dishwasher had to be replaced. There were 14 cases of empty beer bottles, chipped tiles on floor. We were happy to go home and get a good night's rest. Management company did nothing to help us.

My family had an enjoyable two week stay at the premises. It was clean, quiet at night, and enjoyable. All of the appliances were functional, and the strong wifi signal was a welcome attribute.

Nice location. Decent amount of space for family of 5. Appreciated plenty of towels. Kitchen supplies were sparse. No baking sheet, no corkscrew, no mixing bowls. Master shower bathroom line had significant mold. Second bathroom had moldy drain. Linens were cheap and not comfortable. Couch was in poor shape. All the fixtures were low end, contractor grade. Pictures much better than the reality. Would not stay again at the price we paid.

Beautiful quiet place

My family enjoyed staying here. The bar downstairs had a live band. The food at the smith house was delicious. The pool was great, if your kids can swim. The shallowest it got was 4ft. Hot tub was relaxing as well. Very close to the beach where we enjoyed looking for shells. The patio was all screened in so no worry about bugs. Loved sitting out there to watch the evening storms roll in. There is a washer and dryer downstairs. $4 to use the washer and $4 to dry. The TV in the kids bedroom didn’t work, but I wasn’t sure whom to notify. I’m sure by your stay it will be fixed by then. Overall it was a great stay!! Definitely, will be back!

Perfect Everything

This was our first trip to Marco Island. This property was perfect for 2 couples. Great beds and had everything we needed. We enjoyed evenings on the screened in patio. We rented a golf cart for the week prior to arrival. It was walking distance for us to pickup the golf cart. Great location with several good restaurants close by. We took the Key West Express to Key West for the day. Great trip!

5 night holiday stay

This property was a great location with very good amenities. We stayed 5 nights and cleaning was not provided for our unit at all during our stay. We had issues with both toilets in the unit. Went to use bathroom at the pool side due to flushing issues. Pool and whirl pool was very well kept.

A bit of sunshine

Sunshine On My Shoulders is "as described". It's clean, light and airy. The entire complex is clean and neatly manicured. There are a few places to eat within a short walk. You won't be disappointed!

Just one thing wrong.

I enjoyed everything about this property, however the amount of black whiskers, and the long black hair that was in the bathroom sink as well as inside a folded towel was absolutely disgusting.
