The perfect place to stay!

We had a great time in Marco Island. Our apt was great! Clean, safe, and perfect location (restaurants and live music on property). Plenty of parking. We plan to reserve this unit on our next trip!

REALLY nice place

My husband and Son stayed here for a long weekend of fishing in Marco! They both raved about how nice it was. Would and will be renting again as we go to Florida at least once a year.

Great Place!

Great overall experience! This was our first time to Marco Island and first time using VRBO and won’t be our last. Mark’s communication was very professional and the condo was perfect!

The kitchen had everything we needed. The sheets were not as clean as we had hoped, and the king bedspread had a stain on it. The room with the double beds were lumpy and mattresses weren't as comfortable as what we hoped.

Thank you for your feedback. The sheets are washed after every stay and apologies that did not remove the stain from the bedspread which has since been replaced. Regarding the mattresses in the guest bedroom, one is less than five years old and given it's made of foam, we did not notice any lumps. Even though bed comfort is quite subjective, the owner agreed to replace the older queen mattress after we shared your review.

Bathroom vanities need updated and bathtub in front unit needs some work. The pool area was ok, but there were not working bathrooms at the pool they had a porta potty for you to use…. The area on the other side of the pool needs to be cleaned up, rotted wood all over the place. Memorial Day they had the pool shut down for 2 days for pool maintenance. Why would you do that over a holiday.

Fun In Florida

Cute, Clean, Condo with all the amenities needed; from comfy beds, a well stocked kitchen, cooler, beach chairs, towels, and umbrella! Great Location- could walk to The Shops of Olde Marco, The Boardroom Tavern, and the Snook Inn. Easy Check-In/Check-Out with great communication. Would definitely stay here on future visits!

Great location and beautiful condo, with plenty of room for 5 adults. We walked to the Snook Inn for dinner, and heard live music on site. You can watch stunning sunsets from your balcony. The parking garage and elevator are very convenient. Take advantage of the beach supplies; we regretted not bringing the wagon. I’ve wanted to visit Marco Island for years and it exceeded my expectations!

Marco Birthday Gift

Brought my wife to Marco Island for her 50th. It was a wonderful vacation. The weather couldn’t have been better. Our condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The complex was clean and the pool, restaurants, tavern, bakery and nightly entertainment were wonderful. We will be back.

Amazing girls weekend getaway!

The condo was perfect for the 3 of us and I will most definitely re-book! The condo is beautiful and clean, the community it is in was so much fun! Best part is they provided beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, beach wagoon and a few toys! This was my first VRBO and I am so pleased! 10/10!!!
