Our family-18 of us-had an incredible July 4th week at this lovely house. Our host was very responsive to any and all of our questions, before we arrived and while we were there. The house was clean and well equipped - with plenty of sleeping and gathering space for all. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. And the grounds were lovely. We enjoyed the marsh views, backyard wiffle-ball games, grilling and s’mores at the fire-pit. A short drive to a variety of great beaches, we would definitely recommend this house for a family or group.

A beautiful house in a neighborhood that is very peaceful and secluded but accessible to restaurants, grocery stores and everything else that the Cape has to offer. Swapna was an excellent host and responded to our questions promptly and gave us detailed instructions about checking in and checking out. Would highly recommend staying at this beautiful property!

We had a wonderful week at Swapna's house. It was the perfect location for a family reunion- plenty of bedrooms, and lots of tucked away spaces for folks to have private time. The location was perfect- near a bay side beach and only 15 min from an ocean side beach (pro tip: get a Barnstable beach week pass before going- it let us into "full" parking lots). We loved walking along the edge of the marshes-- so beautiful!!

Our 11 family members had a fantastic stay from start to finish. We all loved our beds and rooms.The home is as gorgeous as the photos show and the beautiful windows in the main room were clean and spotless adding to the lovely views.The walk out basement had an enormous TV screen we barely used but it worked fine. There was also a ping pong table that got plenty of use and added to our enjoyable stay. The neighborhood and location are excellent plus there was plenty of parking with a large driveway. We didn't use the garages but they were spacious too. We couldn't have been more pleased with this VRBO experience! Lastly, our host Swapna was always responsive and so nice. I wish we could have met her.

Overall the house worked well in having essentially separate spaces for the four households in party (grandparents and then three sets of parents with small children) and well furnished. There were a few issues. Most significant were ants in kitchen and downstairs. Although pest control came to treat outside it had only temporary benefit. Also garbage pickup was not until middle of the week so that bins were overflowing from previous guests whole week and first days of our week -by that time had become to have problem with smell.

Thank you Daniel for staying with us. I understand trash removal was an issue. Our service providers for trash removal pickup was Monday, because of change in ownership of the business they without communicating moved the trash removal day to Wednesday. This will never happen again. Apologize for the inconvenience. Inspite of trying our best I wasn’t able to get them to remove the trash on Monday. I have left some sprays in the house to take of the ants for the future guests. We will get the house treated from inside. Ants are more active in the summer due to warmer temperatures, which encourage them to seek food and water sources inside homes.
