Wonderful location and beautiful views from this second floor condominium nestled on Bayou Heron. Sleeping eight, this three bedroom, two and a half bath condo has your choice of elevator or stair entry and expansive waterfront views from its top floor location. Families will love the canal front POOL at Bayou Heron and boaters will love the boat dock with protected canal dockage. This unit is also within easy walking distance of the Blue Heron Park kayak launch, public Gulf Beach, restaurants, gift shops and more!
Attractive and comfortable, this condo has everything you’ll need. Enjoy a well-stocked kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender. The master bedroom has waterfront views, a King bed, TV with ROKU, private bath with garden tub, separate shower and double vanity. The second and third bedrooms each have a Queen bad and are connected to the second full bath with combination shower and tub. A half bath is located just off the front entry for your convenience. The living area is equipped with a sofa-bed, ROKU and has a lovely North West waterfront view with doors exiting onto the large corner open deck.
Access this second floor condo using the common ELEVATOR or central stairs. A common grill is provided on the ground floor for use, no private grills are allowed. Bayou Heron Condo rules must be followed. Maximum of 2 vehicles and facility occupancy including any daytime visitors is limited to 8 persons total. We loved it so much that we already want to go back! You feel like you're in a private spot, but walking distance to shops and a restaurant. Condo was comfy with the right amenities. Hosts were super nice and very communitiative. Beautiful views!

Very spacious for a family of 6. Pool was great and the pier was perfect for fishing. Would recommend to anyone. Most everything was in walking distance or a very short drive.

The location was great for fishing and kayaking! The condo was so spacious and the sunset views are so breathtaking! Highly recommend! Host was very responsive as well.

Yes, we had a great time! Just needed a few days to rest and regroup and 2C was the perfect place to do that. The elevator was perfect for my elderly father and it was convenient to everything. Will stay there again!

Our family enjoyed the condo so much. Perfect size for us, it was in a great location so we could walk to alot of things. We had the pool to ourselves all week, and we took the kayaks out throughout the week also. Great time overall!

This is our second time staying in this condo. Everything was as it said and pictures are like they say. The host is very nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property.
